I have used Precision door as a recommendation from a friend. I had just moved in and they replaced parts of the garage door and a new keypad. During the first year i had issues with the key pad and they came and fixed it promptly. I still had issues with the key pad after the first year and they were very responsive in solving the issue. I needed to replace my garage door opener. My neighbor recommended Precision since they had some work done recently and were very pleased. The technicians that I dealt with (Matthew and Chris) were a pleasure to work with. They went over all of my options so I could make an educated decision on which opener to choose and which door parts should be updated. A new garage door opener was installed along with some additional parts (spring, rollers, etc.). Scheduling was a breeze and the work was done perfectly. I could not be happier. Thank you Precision!

Asked for service for broken spring …. was trying to upsell every service imaginable. When we explained we just wanted the spring fixed he refused to do just the one on the basis it wasn’t safe. My home, understand concerns but in the end if we only want one spring fixed that’s what we should get! Won’t call them again since they are only interested in selling you way more than needed! Lowest quote was over $600. Was trying to sell us $1300-$1600 in work. Husband fixed it for $25.

Matt was awesome. Called me a few times to let me know when he would be at our home. Was courteous, explained everything in detail, and we had a few laughs along the way. We had a garage door opener installed and our technician, Matthew, was knowledgeable, professional, and capable of the job. He thoroughly explained the working of the opener, the safety features, and how to manually override the equipment if needed. I especially appreciated that I received a text when Matthew was on the way which included a photo of him!

we asked for an estimate, they came out, a month went by, no estimate, called them said they would take care of it , nothing, now we get an email to review work that they did for us???? someone needs to take charge of this business, will never deal with again!!!! its making me put in a service to send this review, they did nothing

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the garage doors and service. I bought two new garage doors in April of this year. One door was making a cracking noise when opening and shutting. I called the company yesterday. An appointment was set up for today. The service person Shaun came on time, fixed the minor problem, checked the other door, and there was no charge. All good!

The technician was super communicative and very friendly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and timely. I believe he did a quality job in a very timely manner and helped us out where he could. I was a little shocked that it was over 400 dollars to replace a spring, I understand there was a minimum for the work he could do and I understand that's just what it costs. But that did hurt. Everything is expensive these days I suppose. Thankyou for the excellent job done.
