Your tech,I believe name was Derek was awesome. Gave accurate quote on all labor and parts needed to complete job. Was very friendly and from Delco which is a plus. Upon completion I was testing door again and he noticed it go down and come back up while sitting in van in driveway. A minute later he knocked on door to make sure I had operated the up feature and door did not go up on its own.

Did an outstanding job of restoring the door to perfect operation. I learned a lot about garage doors while he was here as he is a font of knowledge about all aspects of their operation, and mine needed multiple adjustments and corrections.
