We had Precision install a new garage door 11 years ago and now needed to have the opener either repaired or replace. The opener was 21 years old when the cable failed. Precision was able to replace the cable/rail assembly in about an hour. We have been happy with both the original installation of the door as well as the repair to the opener.

The process of replacing our old wood garage door with a new metal door was so easy with Precision Door Service! Their sales rep was responsive, and talked me through the different options and pricing available. Because of supply chain issues, I was originally told the door I ordered would take at least 6 months to arrive. However, I received a phone call after only waiting 2 months that my door was ready to be installed, and they were able to fit me into their schedule right away. I had a problem with my garage door yeaterday, and called to sechedule an appointment to get it fixed. I was told Leo would be doing the work and would fit me in on Friday. Leo got here earlier than I expected, which was great. He was a pleasure to work witj, explained what needed to be done, and provided me the necessary options (costs) to make a decision. I have worked with Precision on theee occasions now, and all of them have been great. Two were repairs and one for a new garage door. AJ did a great job of replacing the garage door springs and went the extra mile to make sure the other garage door worked well. He greased both garage doors and made sure both went up and down smoothly. What a difference! His outgoing personality also made it fun to have him there working. Precision does excellent communications. They went above and beyond letting me know when appointment was to giving me a reminder to when AJ was on his way. Beth in customer assistance was also super helpful in scheduling the appointment.
