We called Precision at 1:30 in the afternoon, as the spring in my garage door had broken. We were leaving on a trip the next day, and didn't think it could be fixed in time. They were out here by 2:30 and done by 3:45. Leo did a fantastic job, explaining everything along the way. Not cheap, but well worth it. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service, and I say that very few times. My wife backed into the track and damaged it on Friday afternoon, so I could not shut my garage door. Precision was able to rearrange service tech Leo's schedule and got him over with in hours. He repaired the track, checked over the entire door. Charged a more than a fair price. Would highly recommend this business.

I am normally very hesitant to contact repair services because I usually feel ripped off at the end. I was expecting the same with Precision and dreaded the service call. Leo was the service technician sent for the repair. He was very professional and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He finished the repair in 20 minutes and the garage door worked perfectly! I was awaiting the dreaded invoice and was shocked at how reasonable it was!
