The Precision Overhead Garage Door Team was excellent to deal with from start to finish! When another installer cancelled my order I was in a bind. When I found The Precision Team they immediately stepped in and were wonderful in resolving my need for a specific type of garage doors.
From Leo the estimator, to Brian the manager, Terry and Beth in the office, Leo the technician and of course the fabulous installation crew of Angel and Ed, it was a terrific experience.
I can give Precision a top rating for expertise, pricing, service and a real pleasure to work with!

My garage door spring broke (during the Covid 19 pandemic). I called to schedule a repair and Greg Barndt was here the next day. He was professional, neat, explained everything about the two repair options I had (rebuild or install a new single torsion package). I made my decision and he installed the new system. He disinfected everything he touched and went on his way! I appreciated the quick response and repair and totally recommend Precision Door Service.

There are less expensive garage door service providers out there, but none of them in my experience delivers on the promise of timely, professional, expert and friendly service! I’ve recommended Precision to many friends and family members who were all very satisfied as well. I recommend this high quality based service supplier, who is fully-committed to their customers. Special thanks to Gabe Pokar for a job well done! Gabe arrived on time, and replaced my old opener with a new one that I purchased separately. The work was performed quickly and professionally. Just a real nice individual as well!

The tech AJ called me the night before to let me know he would be at my house at 8am, and he showed up right on time. AJ saw the issue right away, let me know what options I had for the repair, and quickly got to work on the fix. He used stronger springs and fixed some other small issues the door was having. The work was quick and the door functions better than it did before the spring broke. I can't recommend Precision enough. 5 stars.

Gabriel worked on our OLD garage door and got it working by fixing the cables/pulleys/springs to get us through until we change our siding and replace the doors to match. He is very professional and courteous and took great pride in his work. He thoroughly explained everything he recommended doing and went over the exact cost to discuss with my husband. Then worked efficiently to get our door working better than it has in years. When we buy our new doors/openers, I hope the installers are as good as Gabriel.
