Our technician, Leo, showed up right on time and explained our repair/ replace options clearly and concisely. We chose to replace our garage door opener and he installed a new opener with a wall switch and keypad in less than an hour and a half. Leo then demonstrated the operation of our new system, which works very well and is quieter than the old system. I would not hesitate to use Precision again for any service our garage door may need in the future.

What a fantastic experience we had with Precision! From the woman who booked our appointment to the installer, everyone was pleasant, helpful, organized and professional. Communication was outstanding and Gabriel (the technician) arrived punctually with all that he needed to install a garage door opener. He worked meticulously and efficiently, cleaned everything up, and was courteous and professional. Wish we had more garages in need of openers!

Precision was referred by a relative who had had excellent service before at his own house. The engineer put in all new accoutrements for the door, e.g., springs, machinery, door opener system, etc., which had all worn out. I was very pleased with everything, including having excellent confidence in his abilities, based on his clear articulation of the issues. As they would say, "Go, Precision!" I needed to replace a damaged garage door, and upgrade the spring. I came back to Precision because of the great job they did in replacing/upgrading the spring system on my other door. The two technicians were efficient, and even surpassed my expectations at improving the appearance with adding some new trim. In a little over an hour I had a brand new door that was SO QUIET! AJ stopped by for which I thought would be a long maintenance job. He checked out our door mechanisms and found that they were in good shape. He then cleaned and lubricated the seals around the door openings and they now work like new!

Mike was very thorough in checking out the old unit and explaining the ongoing possibilities if we kept it. The better choice was to have a new unit installed. He installed the new one, set up the program, programmed the new portable openers and explained what he had done. He is an excellent technician and an asset to your company. We would call him whenever we experience a problem - which we do not expect to happen!

Excellent job and I would highly recommend Precision. We had broken spring for our garage door. Before contacting Precision, I made the mistake of calling another company that popped up first on a google search as working in our area and advertised free quotes. The guy who showed up for the other company was very shady and then tried to extort us for a ridiculous amount to replace the springs. The experience with Precision was totally the opposite and Precision was incredibly professional from the first call through the end of the job. Precision was up front about pricing from the beginning, communicated well about scheduling and the guy who did the job, AJ, was terrific.
