Darrin Mills, our Precision Services Tech, left nothing but smiles when he left the house. He went over all options and costs. He made recommendations for my old door and used them in my estimate and bill. Darrin was easy to work with and fun to discuss business. He did a great job, and I would request his technical services whenever I required garage door work.

I called precision at 8:00 a.m. and the receptionist was very understanding and worked with me. They had a technician at my house before 1:00 p.m. the same day. The technician Sean was very knowledgeable and courteous he diagnosed the problem and had a solution for me in minutes I was very impressed. I would not hesitate the conversation again, I also felt the pricing was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend them to anyone of my friends for any problems with their garage doors.

We recently had three garage doors inspected and repaired. Darrin did a great job explaining to us why they weren't working and what he did to repair them. He also kept us up to date on his arrival time, which I appreciate. I would definitely use him again.

We had a new garage door installed 4 years ago. The service was AMAZING! We LOVE our garage door. My husband thought there might be an issue with the rubber splash guard at the bottom of the door. I called and was given an appointment within 3 days!! But the communication did not stop there! I was kept up to date on when the tech would be arriving...it was FABULOUS! The tech (Vaughn) came out and spent a lot of time with my husband talking about the door and the splash guard. My husband was so thrilled with the service he called me at work and went on and on!! He said the tech was very knowledgeable and NOT PUSHY. I highly recommend Precision Door service. Our door is still beautiful and works just as it should 4 years later! And if something does go wrong, I will have full confidence when I call them about it.

We have been loyal customers of precision doors for many years. When we needed to replace the DC motor and belt rail on one of our doors damaged by the recent storms, Precision was our only call. Support from the office was superb, friendly, and supportive. Our Tech, Darren, was an absolute magician. He was quick and efficient and made sure we understood everything about the new systems, right down to the reprogramming of the remotes in our vehicles. Precision is our go-to team for our garage doors.

I want to say how pleased I am with the response from Precision Door. I discovered an issue with my garage door (broken spring) on Thursday, July 25 and they were able to send a service tech (Darrin Mills) the very next day to repair it. Darrin serviced my garage door on July 26, 2024. He notified me the day before and the morning of when he would be arriving. He was punctual and very friendly. Darrin approached his work very professionally and did an excellent job with the repair of my garage door. If I ever have another issue with my garage door or if anyone is looking for a recommendation, I will certainly steer them to Precision Door.

Vaughn was our service tech. He called ahead of time, arrived on time, assessed the situation and offered three options to repair, improve, and/or completely upgrade our garage door. At this time, we chose the repair option. He completed the work as described. Throughout the entire process, phone call to job completion, he was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with the job and would recommend Precision for any future work or to people we know. Thanks, John & Diane Davin

Very clear that you serviced doors vs parts only. Replaced springs, rollers, cables which had failed due to age/ wear and tear.

Precision’s representatives are always polite, knowledgeable and well trained in garage door repair. We originally worked with one of their branches in Arizona so when we moved back to PA they were the first and only company I considered.

Great service along with a thorough explanation on the workings of the new motor and door. Useful tips. I've had many doors installed in various locations and this was the best experience.

I’m a repeat customer of Precision having used them to install a garage door opener in 2020 and replace a faulty control unit in 21. This morning our spring broke and we were unable to get both cars out of the garage. Sean, a repairman, arrived within 90 minutes of me calling the office! He replaced the spring and the pointed out that the drive belt was quite worn and near failure. The office directed him to provide an option for a new rail and belt assembly rather than replacing the entire unit for a very reasonable price. Sean completed the job by 1230 and we were back in business and able to make a doctors appointment. Sean was knowledgeable, professional, polite, and great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Vaughn repaired the safety eyes on my middle door and installed a new head on my 1st door. The existing head replaced was 25 years old. He did a great job completing the work promptly, checked to ensure all openers were working properly and lubricated as needed. Very pleased with the customer service.
