2 years ago our installation was flawless (16' and 8' doors). Just for peace of mind I had Precision come out to check on things last week, do some lubrication. The doors were still in perfect working order. The technician, was very knowledgeable, courteous and just good folk.

Garage door technician A. J. Yanko was excellent and outstanding. He evaluated the situation and gave us a selection of choices for the repair. We did not know we had one of the two torsion springs broken. Our door would not open nor close - being stuck at halfway open. When I unwittingly released the door opener latch, the door fell a bit, stopping at an angle - still not closed -- but that action caused the track on one side to bend out a fair amount - and two rollers to come off. A.J. was matter-of-fact about what happened -- what was wrong with the door and what it would take to fix it --being brutally honest in a kind and professional way -- which was deeply appreciated. No sugar coating the situation. He replaced the torsion springs and got the door working within two hours - with springs recommended for 10,000 door openings. We give our door at least 10 up and downs on a school day - much less on a weekend. A.J. is a knowledgeable and consummate professional. I CALLED ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON 3PM - THEY MADE A APPOINTMENT FOR MONDAY BETWEEN 2 AND 5PM. THEY CALLED BACK ON SUNDAY AND CHANGED THE TIMES TO MONDAY 12PM AND 3PM.
