Very easy to set up a service call. Received emails with confirmation and scheduled arrival times. With a notice 30 minutes before serviceman arrived. Serviceman was pleasant and very knowledgeable and replaced broken spring in < 30 min. Also replied very quickly to a follow up Q I had te: resetting code seen on my garage door opener.

Technician was pleasant and fixed the lose belt on our garage door in 5 minutes with no tools or parts needed. The reason I can only give a "3" star is because the charge was $200...for literally 5 minutes. Precision Doors charges $85 to come out and an hourly fee on top of that. Feels like a lot...

Fantastic service! Our garage door opener stopped working at 3:00 on the Friday after Thanksgiving and the technician was there by 4:00. He explained what was needed (new garage door opener because of failed circuit board on 20 year old unit), the options for a new opener, and finished the work in about an hour and 15 minutes - including removing the old chain mechanism and replacing it with newer cables. After he finished, he instructed us on how to use the keypad and answered questions. The installer was a real professional! Thank you so much!

WOW! Precision Door Sevice is excellent! After I parked my car, my door cable broke, essentially stranding me, as I am wheelchair bound. I called PDS and they set up an appointment for 10:00 am the next day. At 9:00, PDS Technician Vaughan called and said that he could be here at 9:30, if that was okay with me. When Vaughan arrived, he evaluated the problem with the broken door, then looked over my 2 other doors. He wrote me an estimate that included 4 different types of services, from basic repairs to full reconditioning of all three doors. He fully explained to me the problems, and how each level of repair would fix the problems. The prices were more than fair for the parts and the amount of work involved. Vaughan did the work quickly, quietly and effecientl, finishing the repairs more quickly than I had anticipated. Now, my doors are working like they are brand new! I strongly recommend PDS and their courteous hard-working tech, Vaughan. They are a top notch company from start to finish!

Technician Darien was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made the necessary repairs and now my garage door is opening and closing.

Problem was getting door to close. Lift Master opener signaled 10 clicks indicating safety lights problem though lights appeared to steadily glow, no evidence beam was ever broken. Darren pointed to a barely noticeable flicker from receiver light caused by hardware on door. Never saw it. Darren made the adjustment, repaired the down adjustment screw and limited trolley travel to stop 1-2' prior to stop screw. Runs great. Darren's a pro and rates a 5 star technician. Mark R

What a fantastic experience! Precision came highly recommended by my neighbors, and I can understand why. Called to schedule and they got me in the next morning. Leo called when he was 15 minutes out, arrived exactly 15 minutes later. He took one look at my garage door and instantly knew what the problem was. He gave a very thorough explanation of what was going on, answered all of my questions including "do you mind explaining how this works" among others, and gave me great options. What a great find when I really needed it. When I explained what was going on with my garage door, It only took Gabriel a few seconds to find the issue: lose wires (bad job from builder) from the sensors. Wires didn’t have any insulation either (scary). Thank you Gabriel for great service and Precision doors for having people available on a Saturday. Highly recommend!
