Precision was able to get me in the same day that I called for a broken cable on my garage door. The technician Darrin was very professional and quickly replaced the required parts. Job site was clean when finished. Price might have been a bit high for the job (although I did not do a ton of price comparisons because I needed to get someone out right away to fix my issue). Highly recommend, especially if you are in need of immediate help with your garage door. Beth in customer service was super nice, especially when she heard the panic and anxiety in my voice when I explained my need for immediate help.

Precision Door is a top notch company. They installed garage doors in two homes and the work was perfect. When I did have an issue of our own making (kid backing up and damaging the door), they were out the next day, repaired the door and offered options for replacing damaged section if we did not like the cosmetic damage.
