Five-star rating for sure overall! Our keypad was working inconsistently, and we wanted to make sure it was replaced before we found ourselves locked out. I called on Thursday and scheduled for Friday. Darrin kept me posted on his arrival time and was expert in quickly diagnosing what was wrong and how to replace the pad. Tested that it worked perfectly, and we were back in business. In the midst of making small talk about the beautiful day and weekend plans, Darrin and I also realized we had mutual friends - so a fun connection overall with excellent service. Thank you!

My door was randomly opening yesterday. I called and received a same day appointment for later, but was called back and had a technician within under a hour. Which was awesome, can't put a price on peace of mind. Leo the technician was professional, polite and and answered all questions/concerns. Replace one bad remote and even lubed hinges prior to leaving. Highly recommended.

Darrin was the repair person who arrived on-time to repair my garage door 9/27/23. He was interactive and open to discuss the process as I needed it to be. He was very careful, professional and detailed in his assessment of what needed to be done. He did the work very nicely and I am very pleased with the result. Precision Door is now my full time garage door related service firm replacing several, others who previously provided service but not in as reliable and timely a fashion as did Precision.

I called today to set up an appointment for a garage door repair and they said they would come out today bwt. Noon and 3 PM. What a nice surprise they were here at ll:45 AM.
