Mike showed up after calling he would be early. Very polite and professional. Done in less than an hour as promised.

Gabe was excellent. He diagnosed the problem and too care of the repair immediately. He also quoted me a price for a new garage door especially since ours is original. I only ask that we be notified if the technician is vaccinated against covid-19 so that I probably should have worn a mask even thought I am tripe vaccinated.

We called Precision at 1:30 in the afternoon, as the spring in my garage door had broken. We were leaving on a trip the next day, and didn't think it could be fixed in time.
