Called Saturday morning, I spoke to the boss, and within two hours the technician Darrin was at my home to address the garage issue. He was super friendly and very efficient, promptly assessed the situation, provided me with my options and a quote; on receiving my approval he promptly began to remedy the situation to my satisfaction, he needs a gold star. Our garage door was literally falling apart - a metal piece fell off and then the spring snapped and we couldn’t get our car out - Precision quickly responded to our call for help. Gabe/Gabriel from Precision came same day and got our door operational. Gabe was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. He explained routine garage door maintenance items that I wasn’t even aware of. He didn’t try to oversell me on services or a new door (very expensive and a prior repair person from another company focused solely on that option) but instead educated me on options based on the current condition of my garage door parts and how to get more years out of our current door.
