My garage door spring broke (during the Covid 19 pandemic). I called to schedule a repair and Greg Barndt was here the next day. He was professional, neat, explained everything about the two repair options I had (rebuild or install a new single torsion package). I made my decision and he installed the new system. He disinfected everything he touched and went on his way! I appreciated the quick response and repair and totally recommend Precision Door Service.

Used you because you could repair door today. Greg did a great detective job to identify issue as a module in the motor. He good needed part from unit on board and exchanged it, lubed the door, and checked to GDO opener in one car. Great job nice young man price seemed ok. Tx you would call or recommend you again. There are less expensive garage door service providers out there, but none of them in my experience delivers on the promise of timely, professional, expert and friendly service! I’ve recommended Precision to many friends and family members who were all very satisfied as well. I recommend this high quality based service supplier, who is fully-committed to their customers. Special thanks to Gabe Pokar for a job well done! Gabe arrived on time, and replaced my old opener with a new one that I purchased separately. The work was performed quickly and professionally. Just a real nice individual as well! Thank you Gabe and Terry for yet again, providing a job-well-done!

Called Precision Door around 10am Monday. They had time available that day, were out by 1pm. Done by 3pm. Service Tech (AJ) was very helpful. Door is great, got belt drive...much quieter than previous chain drive. Good price including installation. Thanks for the great service. Highly recommend.

Today, we were fortunate to have Gabriel [tech] of Precision Garage Doors Service come out and provide service to our garage door. It was stuck mid-closure. All DIY strategies did not work. The 5 stars reviews sold me and reading some of them. Plus I thought Precision was a much more professional company after calling another garage door repair one. AJ did a great job and I would definitely hire Precision to do any garage door work. I am seriously thinking of having a better garage door opening installed in my garage in the spring.
