Percision seems less than Precise. They called on the wrong phone number and and then arrogantly told me I would be charged the service fee again to do the repair. They started by messing up the phone numbers and then wanted $315($460 with the double service charge) for a $20 part that takes less than 10 minutes to install. I would avoid this very confussed, rude and expensive company. Literally anyone else would be the better way to go.

The repair technician, Leo, arrived on time. Estimated the cost of repairs before starting the work. Installed a new bottom seal on the garage door, and replaced a damaged cable. Finished the job very efficiently. I was completely satisfied with the work. I had used Precision before and will definitely use them again.

I wanted to commend Precision on their outstanding service. Both of my garage doors had different issues and I was unable to automatically close either door. My problems were immediately addressed, I was charged a reasonable fee and my service technician, Darrin was terrific to work with. He was right on time, gave me all the options, and completed the work in a timely manner. Thank you!

Darrin Mills was an Angel in disguise. He had the patience of Jobe . The door opened and closed perfectly when he arrived and we tried many times for it to stick. He said well we'll give it a couple more times and low and behold it finally STUCK. He finally saw what had happened to me. He had to replace part of the track and now it works fine. 5 stars for Darrin.
