I had a problem with my Garage Door panels flapping and making a noise. When I called Precision Door they had all the data from a previous repair about nine years ago and knew my name. We scheduled service for the next day. Precision Door sent Leo Cornelius, who was very courteous, factual and presented a great business presence. He helped us select the overhead Garage Door that was very similar in color and design, and we ordered it on the spot. We live in a development where we are very strict in keeping the original quality of the development presence is required. A spring broke late in the evening. I called their 24 hour scheduler and AJ was out in less than 24 hours. AJ was friendly and informative, and laid out our options. TJ was very knowledgeable and quickly identified that the existing springs were too small for heavy wooden doors. He replaced all our springs and put in a new center bay opener. He was very clear with options for replacement and got everything working again. A real Pro!

When I called, I was not told about the $29.95 service fee. Technician could not fix my door but could re -build the hardware that lifts and closes the door for $500.00+ He was at my house for 5 minutes and I paid almost $30 for NOTHING!

The garage door repair company we had used for past repairs had gone out of business so we decided to try Precision Door. Very satisfied with the job performed by the repairman A.J. Yanko. After performing a thorough check of our two garage doors and openers, he replaced all of the garage door seals which had been worn out from twenty years of use. The final result was great - the finish work was perfect and our garage doors look much better (and are now sealed against the weather). We'll be using Precision Door going forward.

Precision saved the day when my garage door would not open. I called them, describing the problem, and they gave me a time range when a technician could come to fix it. When asked, they told me every tech's van was stocked with all necessary parts. Leo arrived and explained what he would do to fix the mechanism. In about a half hour, it was done! Leo had me work the door to show it was as good as new. Great job done in a timely fashion. I was SO relieved. Leo was courteous, clear about the work, and quite quick. Thank you, Leo.
