We were extremely pleased with our Technician "William." He explained our garage door issues and saved us over $700 of unneeded repairs that another company had quoted us! Our garage door repair was completed in about 30 minutes. You have a great tech in William and we are so happy with the outcome! Thank you Precision and thank you William!

We give Precision Garage Service a 5-star rating and the highest recommendation. What a wonderful experience and a great way to start a day. Jeffrey performed the service and Brian facilitated the appointment. I called Friday, September, the 6th, asked for Monday, September 9th and Brian was able to get me an appointment, Saturday, September 7, at 8 am to be completed by 11 am. WOW! WHAT ACCOMMODATIONS. Brian was professional, kind and personable. Everything he promised about the service proved true. Jeffrey performed a double spring Torsion Package. He was wonderful, thorough, punctual, knowledgable and he explained and walked us through every stage of the process. We appreciated his thoughtfullness and time to make sure we thoroughly understood the problem and the solution. Just an outstanding company. They came highly recommend to me and the recommendation was accurate!

I had a problem with my Garage Door panels flapping and making a noise. When I called Precision Door they had all the data from a previous repair about nine years ago and knew my name. We scheduled service for the next day. Precision Door sent Leo Cornelius, who was very courteous, factual and presented a great business presence. He helped us select the overhead Garage Door that was very similar in color and design, and we ordered it on the spot. We live in a development where we are very strict in keeping the original quality of the development presence is required. I also received a thank you from Keith the owner minutes after I ordered the Door Thanks guys Bob Foti Newtown Pa

The spring broke on our garage door and the door would not open--electronically or manually. We were stuck. I called at 4:30 PM and had a service man the next morning at 8:30 AM. The repair guy, Gabriel, was excellent--knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in understanding what is best to keep the door operating well in the future.
