After researching garage door products and service providers I called Precision West Chester first. We replaced our 25 year old 16 foot wooden garage door, springs, rollers, remote keypads and belt drive opener! Keith's team at Precision delivered on all fronts. From our initial assessment and product proposal by Danny we hose their Best Hormann Orion 3200 door with windows, upgraded torsion springs/rollers, remotes PDC 800 belt opener. Precision provided great communication, flexible scheduling and on time delivery with installation by Angel and Eddy.Best, the door materials and finish are great and operation is very quiet.

The torsion spring in our garage suddenly snapped. We searched the internet and saw advertising for Precision, which serviced our area. We called and reached the answering service. The woman was very kind and efficient, sending a technician, Dan, to our home just one hour after our call. Dan was very efficient and knowledgeable. He had all the parts on his truck that we needed for a complete repair. We were happy that (from the time the spring broke), within three hours we had a fully functional garage door with new springs and rollers. We're pretty sure that's a record in performance!

After crashing through my garage door in the November snowstorm, I was relieved to have someone help me through the replacement process. They were there first thing next morning and helped anchor the door in place. Being a custom door that had to abide by HOA rules we had to wait the 3 weeks for delivery. Door arrived on time and the employees all were great! Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Love my new garage door! If not for the fact that it looks new, doesn't have any dents, and opens and closes the way it's suppose to, you wouldn't know it wasn't the original door which is exactly what I wanted. Like that I had the option of good, better, best as to the quality of the door depending on how much I was willing to spend. Leo and Brian were knowledgeable and professional. The people who answer the phones Kieth, Terry, Beth, etc. are all courteous and helpful. I would recommend Precision Door.

Dan was The technician that came out to our house he ride rate on the time that the office said he would be coming he gave a courtesy call first to know that he was on his way. This was the first time ever that I had to install a new garage door and he was really quick precise and knowledgeable about all the questions that I had and he explained everything very thorough. I would definitely recommend them to people in my area and definitely recommend the technician Dan. We have some other things that we still want to get replaced and I am definitely calling Percision in the future. Thanks for making or buying experience a good one.

Useless, the repair person showed up at my place without remotes that would be compatible with my older garage door opener even though I told the operator who booked the appointment the type of remote that would be needed. I was told the door needed replacing along with all the hardware. He did say he could supply me with the name of a company who could do the work. In addition to all this he wanted to test for lead paint on the door because there would be an additional expense to remove it, I was just trying to get two replacement remotes. I'm out of a 30 dollar service call fee I gave the guy 30 bucks for a bill of 29.95 and he never even offered to give me my 5 cents change. This is not a big deal but it does say to me maybe I shouldn't do business with them .

I had a garage door go down Saturday night. I called Precision Sunday morning and had a repairman "LEO" out by 11am. Leo called me 30 minutes before he was due to arrive...which was great as I could put my dogs in the yard. Leo walked me through the repair and explained why I needed an additional spring installed. I was also able to get a new key pad installed. One more thing on my list. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who is searching for a garage door repair. Being a Regional Manager for a retail company I know first hand what excellent customer service looks like. Thanks Precision and Leo, job well done.

Excellent service. Received email confirmation once scheduled. Initial email contained employee pictures. Received another email identifying which employee would service the call. Morning of appointment employee called and introduced himself, confirmed scheduled time and provided ETA. He arrived on time as originally scheduled. He was neatly dressed, polite, well groomed and knowledgeable. We discussed the issue (frayed cable, single strand remaining) and he then proceeded to do an overall inspection. Upon completion of inspection, he offered 3 different levels of service from fixing the immediate issue to replacing parts that tend to have a similar service life. We opted for "fixing the immediate issue". He went to work and was done in no time at all. I will most definitely call them for future service and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Leo spent time with us on a Saturday reviewing our options, and patiently helped us decide on color and window options. The doors look great! Angel and Edwin did an excellent job installing everything. Only glitch was that the tracks ordered would not allow the doors to open, but they secured them and came back on Saturday to finish the job. Words cannot say how great it feels to be able to open both doors cleanly and quietly, and how great they look! Already recommended Precision to my boss for repairs he has put off for years.
