Working with Precision was a great experience all the way around. Tom answered the phone before 8am, and was able to help me set up an emergency visit for my parents in Bucks County. 5 STAR RATING ALL THE WAY ! The owner actually moved us up in the work schedule as the car was stuck in the garage and had to get to an appointment. Leo Cornelius was our service tech. Extremely detailed and precise with work to be performed. Explained all options including extended warranty protection. Fast service. Expert cleanup after job was completed. Would highly recommend their service and we will call them again for maintenance and repairs !

I had a problem with my Garage Door panels flapping and making a noise. When I called Precision Door they had all the data from a previous repair about nine years ago and knew my name. We scheduled service for the next day.
Precision Door sent Leo Cornelius, who was very courteous, factual and presented a great business presence. He helped us select the overhead Garage Door that was very similar in color and design, and we ordered it on the spot.
We live in a development where we are very strict in keeping the original quality of the development presence is required. I also received a thank you from Keith the owner minutes after I ordered the Door

Precision saved the day when my garage door would not open. I called them, describing the problem, and they gave me a time range when a technician could come to fix it. When asked, they told me every tech's van was stocked with all necessary parts. Leo arrived and explained what he would do to fix the mechanism. In about a half hour, it was done! Leo had me work the door to show it was as good as new. Great job done in a timely fashion. I was SO relieved. Leo was courteous, clear about the work, and quite quick. Thank you, Leo.

In the moment the availability of same day service on a Saturday was the hook. Only one side of our two door garage was working, barely, so we could get one car out and then my husband miraculously maneuvered my car around in the garage to get it out his side. We used another company in the past who we had to leave a voicemail before receiving a call back. They have no weekend hours or emergency service.

Had a problem with garage door springs and also very noisy. Called this morning and it was done by afternoon.
Leo was assigned to our home and did an excellent job!! Explained the problem very clearly, causes and different options to fix. Did not try to upsell - no pushing etc. I went with a belt drive and torsion spring and boy - Leo was not kidding when he said whisper quiet - it made a huge difference!!
All very professional and work was done quickly - even in the worse heat! I will highly recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends!

Precision has been great to deal with. Before even sending out a repairman, they tried to help me solve my problem over the phone (and save me the expense of a service call). When I was unable to fix it myself, they sent Leo, an experienced technician who solved the problem quickly and gave me some advice and instruction about being alert to maintenance issues that might arise. I am very happy with their service.

Called this morning and scheduled appt. for today (between 3 and 6pm). Tech arrived 3:15pm. "Will" was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and addressed it in a reasonable amount of time. This was not my first service call with Precision. Hopefully, I won't need their service too frequently, but will not hesitate to call them if I do.
