Installation was scheduled from 2 to 5 pm. Leo called a half hour before and arrived at 2 on the dot. He was very courteous and explained what he was going to do and asked if I had questions. Technician was on-time, knowledgeable, and offered a variety of solutions with different pricing options for fixing the broken springs. Repair was done without much fanfare and the doors work now.
