I called Monday morning a little after 8 and was able to get same day service scheduled between 3-6. I received a call from the technician Leo that he would arrive about 2:40 and then a text with the ability to show the route he was driving. Leo arrived and was very professional. He went the the various options to fix my garage door spring (cable snapped and the spring bent the bolt). He said we could try to just fix the spring, showed me the cause of why the cable snapped, and found the cable on the other spring frayed and close to breaking also. I chose the option to replace the older 2 spring garage lifting system with a torsion spring. Leo explained all my options completely and was willing to do whatever my choice was. I was given a very fair price, the door is so much quieter. The spring has a 7 year warranty. I very happy with whole experience starting with the courteous person who answered my call and ending with a same day garage repair. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Our technician, Leo, showed up right on time and explained our repair/ replace options clearly and concisely. We chose to replace our garage door opener and he installed a new opener with a wall switch and keypad in less than an hour and a half. Leo then demonstrated the operation of our new system, which works very well and is quieter than the old system. I would not hesitate to use Precision again for any service our garage door may need in the future.
