Very articulate and professional and I was impressed by his knowledge of a very old system that he had to deal with. While backing out of the garage, I mistakenly hit the door remote and the door came down hitting the antenna unit on the roof & pulled the door off the track and dented the door. 2 years ago, Precision installed the garage door and since they did an excellent job, I did not hesitate to call them. Neil arrived promptly at the arranged time, with mask. Evaluated the situation, fully explained the repair and cost. Neil did a great job, the door looks and works just as good as when Precision installed it.

Very happy with the response time and the service from Precision. We had a spring snap on a Thursday night and Precision was here Friday afternoon!
