I wanted a more local service company, so I called Precision. The technician, Leo, showed up on time and I showed him the issues with the garage door operating poorly, loudly, and binding up. Leo had two recommendations, a new garage door or a rebuild. I chose the rebuild. Leo replaced springs, cables, rollers and pulleys and afterwards the garage door operated smoothly and quietly. Leo was professional, did the work quickly and well. I would recommend highly.

Although I would rather not have had to call Precision because my old door opener short circuited due to lightning ,I was glad that I did. The tech that came out to see me was very courteous and preformed his job quickly. I had to replace the old opener and Precision helped me to do that very quickly and painlessly. I am happy with the liftmaster WiFi door opener that was installed. Precision is a top notch company and I would recommend them to anyone with garage door opener problems. This was a very unwanted and unexpected expense, Precision explained all of my options and the tech was very transparent with the costs involved. Well Done guys!!

I have used precision door now for several years. Most recently to install 2 new doors tracks and motors. They have arrived promptly every time and the technicians are courteous, personalable and exceptionally well trained. Leo Cornelius is the technician for my area and is a true professional. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job troubleshooting door issues. I rarely write reviews but Precision Door deserves to be recognized because they are just that much better than the rest.
