Leo was very efficient and explained everything clearly. He was very professional and worked diligently to complete the project in a timely fashion. I would like to get another remote to open the door if possible.

Hi Keith - Today, Thursday, 12/11/2025, I brought my trash cans in and went to close my garage and heard some squeaks and it wouldn't close. I called your business and spoke with Beth who was able to fit me in on your busy schedule which my family and I are very grateful for. Leo called said he'd be out in 20 minutes which he was. Leo was extremely professional. He said he has been doing this job for over a decade. He showed and explained to me fully my options. I called my wife Sharon at work and also my neighbor who is handy Federico came over and Leo explained the options again in full taking the time for us to make the right decision. Leo got the job done in a timely manner and showed me the work performed. I couldn't ask for more. I will recommend Precision to all my neighbors and friends. Thanks again and Happy Holidays. I have been using Precision Door Service for over 8 years in our Chester County and Bucks County properties. They are always friendly, on-time and professional. We just had an older motor replaced in our Coatesville house. They arrived on time and explained everything to me and even setup the connection on my phone for me. If anyone needs any type of service to their garage doors, I highly recommend them.

Leo was my technician. He was knowledgeable and very specific. He was so good he upselled me and I ended up purchasing a new motor , wheels , and other stuff to make it all work. He did it so quick and the post the job also explained it all well in terms of setting the new key pads and controls. I would suggest to my friends that own there own businesses to hire a guy like Leo and with that type of thing experience mad great customer experience you can train him on any other skill set. Keeper and deserves a raise.

1st, Leo, my Tech today did a fantastic job. I purchased a new garage door opener as my current one was having issues after 15 years. The new unit runs smoothly and is a lot quieter. Very easy to operate. In addition to doing a wonderful installation technically, Leo also took special care to make sure all components were installed without damaging any existing wall or trim areas. He was extremely careful and neat with every detail, and personally; this is important to me. This describes Leo the 'Tech'. Leo the 'Person' was even better. He was kind, thoughtful, took the time to explain everything and was just a delight to work with. I've had Precision Door do all of my Garage Door work over the years, and I've always been happy with the outcome and the work done. I have also been pleased with each and every Tech. I can't say enough great things about the company and its employees. Thanks once again to Leo, and to Precision Door. The Very Best!

I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the very first phone call to Beth in the office, She was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt taken care of. The technician Leo took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. We ordered a new door and are anxiously awaiting the installation. It's rare to find a company that puts customer service and satisfaction first, but this team absolutely does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable garage door service with a personal touch. Thanks, Mike Strickland
