Darrin Mills from Precision was here today to repair garage door. In no time, he assessed the problem, made the repair and left the garage door better than it was before it stopped working. Price was exceptionally reasonable and Darrin was exceptional too. He is a great person to work with. Precision’s turnaround time was great too. Highly recommend Precision and ask for Darrin.

Your tech,I believe name was Derek was awesome. Gave accurate quote on all labor and parts needed to complete job. Was very friendly and from Delco which is a plus. Upon completion I was testing door again and he noticed it go down and come back up while sitting in van in driveway. A minute later he knocked on door to make sure I had operated the up feature and door did not go up on its own.

First time customer of Precision and was very impressed. They answered the phone when I called and had me on the schedule within a day or two (could have even came out same day if I wanted to pay an emergency fee). Leo was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great helping me understand my options. I also couldn't believe it when Leo called to say he was on his way and that he was going past a Wawa and asked if I wanted a coffee! Overall very satisfied, especially with how quickly they could come out and how easy it was to work with them, they seem to be very customer oriented.

Arrived even earlier than scheduled. Contacted me to make sure that was ok, then called again when he was 30 minutes away. Gave me several options to fix problem. Work was completed quickly, in less than an hour. Very professional. Satisfied with entire process, especially being able to talk to a live person (called Sat night) on initial call. 5 star, all the way! Answered the phone right away, scheduled an appointment the following day, showed up with the tools and knowledge to fix the problem. Did an outstanding job of restoring the door to perfect operation. I learned a lot about garage doors while he was here as he is a font of knowledge about all aspects of their operation, and mine needed multiple adjustments and corrections. I recommend him very highly . (I am not a guy who writes a lot of ratings, but Precision Garage Door is great.

I could not successfully install a new Genie keypad, despite a lengthy call with Genie Customer Service. I contacted Precision and Gabe confirmed my suspicion that the new keypad was faulty.
