We were woken up early one morning to a loud bang and discovered that the spring was broken on our garage door. I called Precision Door for a repair. They did not have any openings that day and had to book an after-hours visit because we had two cars trapped. The dispatcher reached out to the technician and he bumped us up in the queue. He was out to our house an hour later and explained all of the options that were available. I opted to replace more than just the spring and am so glad we did. The garage door is over 15 years old and is now working better than when it was installed. We can barely hear the garage door open from anywhere in our house. I cannot say enough good things about the service that Dylan Reynolds provided. We are very pleased with everything.

Leo and Harry came to repair one of our garage doors that had broken. The company kept us posted as to their arrival time with tech similar to Uber. I have used Precision door as a recommendation from a friend. I had just moved in and they replaced parts of the garage door and a new keypad. During the first year i had issues with the key pad and they came and fixed it promptly. I still had issues with the key pad after the first year and they were very responsive in solving the issue. I needed to replace my garage door opener. My neighbor recommended Precision since they had some work done recently and were very pleased. The technicians that I dealt with (Matthew and Chris) were a pleasure to work with. They went over all of my options so I could make an educated decision on which opener to choose and which door parts should be updated. A new garage door opener was installed along with some additional parts (spring, rollers, etc.). Scheduling was a breeze and the work was done perfectly. I could not be happier. Thank you Precision!

Asked for service for broken spring …. was trying to upsell every service imaginable. When we explained we just wanted the spring fixed he refused to do just the one on the basis it wasn’t safe. My home, understand concerns but in the end if we only want one spring fixed that’s what we should get! Won’t call them again since they are only interested in selling you way more than needed! Lowest quote was over $600. Was trying to sell us $1300-$1600 in work. Husband fixed it for $25.

Thank you for your feedback on our service. Unfortunately, you need a lot more work on your door than just one spring. And yes, we do not replace just one spring on a two spring system. It's like asking a mechanic to replace one tire, when all four are bald. While it is your home, it's also our work and our safety standards. You have frayed cables, a cracked top panel, pulleys that are binding. The door needs real work. We are sorry that are unhappy with our minimum work standards.

Matt did a great job. He was pleasant, sociable, explained everything thoroughly and obviously knew what he was doing.
