Excellent service! My garage door was randomly opening in the middle of the night and precision was able to fit me in the very next day, even offering advice on how I can keep the door firmly shut before they arrived. Who doesn’t love free advice? Leo arrived right on time, was thorough in explaining the situation, resolved the problem by managing a few variables and was done in about a half hour. Has been working great ever since!

I was looking for an revised quote after we delayed the project in 2022. I called on a saturday and around 2:00 the same day Bryan arrived to look at the project. We have three doors that are 32 years old, two with openers (the same age!). Bryan was straight forward and presented me with multiple options to control the cost and also meet our needs. He was very patient and spent time with me discussing each of the options and the pros and cons of each.

I was relieved when my noisy, jerky garage door closed smoothly after a new set of cables and rollers replaced the old, damaged ones. Tina, the technician, was very efficient and competent. Also, the hinges and noisy parts were all lubricated to make the garage door closing smoother and quieter. Tina was thorough and gave me a list of options after explaining the problems. Dylan was dispatched to my house for an issue with one of my openers. He was very pleasant. Did a very thorough job, troubleshooting and solving the issue with the opener that wasn't working, as well as assessing the condition of both openers and doors, and making recommendations on how to improve their operating condition.
