I would give you a 5 as the highest rating. I was very impressed with Dan. Very knowledgeable,personalable,did a great job for me! He came , reviewed my garagedoor situation, offered me three options, advised on the merits of each. I decided to get a whole new garage door opener. Within a couple of hours I had a whole new system. I could not be more satisfied or appreciative of the job Dan did for me. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Services. We were extremely pleased with the quick response -- called yesterday, and they were here today to repair our automatic garage door opener. The installer, Joe, was very professional, prompt, polite and responsive. He provided us with options and a clear explanation of each, helping us make an informed decision. While only one side was broken, he replaced springs, rollers and cable on both sides, for a uniform performance and a 10 year warranty. He also replaced the entire seal around the door enclosure, as the rubber was cracked or broken from years of seasonal exposure. We feel very comfortable providing an excellent rating for the performance of Precision Doors.

We called Precision after out garage door opener failed. Ed evaluated our system and made recommendations of repair and replacement. He explained the mechanical operation and safety elements of the springs, rollers, cables, etc. He completed the repairs quickly and effectively and reviewed the operation of the new opener. Had an online chat on their website around 8 am. They answered my questions and had a curtious installer at my home by 10. He had everything needed for the installation on his truck. The install was completed by 12 noon including some upgrades I requested. I was totally impressed by how quickly they responded to my needs. Contact them , you will not be disappointed.

Our garage door opener broke Sunday night and we were pretty sure we needed a new one. The old one was 22 years old!! We called several places yesterday (Monday) and the first to call back almost immediately was Keith from Precision. We set an appointment for 4 PM yesterday afternoon and Bryan came out to service our garage door opener. He recommended a new belt opener and also told us our pulleys were shot. We had him replace the opener and pulleys and two hours later, we had a new garage door opener. Bryan was efficient, respectful, and very knowledgeable. We were extremely happy with the service provided and will recommend Precision to all our friends and family.

Keith and his guys are tremendous. I found them when my old door became inoperable and they sold me a new door, and everything associated with it, at a very reasonable price and they came when they said they would and communicated with me all along the way and generally exceeded my expectations. Very competent and honest! I recently had a keypad stop working and they were out the next day and fixed it in no time at all. I highly recommend them!

Dan was great, first he called and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could show up early. I was having a problem with my garage door opener. He looked at the issues and we talked about the pro's and con's of repairing or replacing the opener. I decided the best option was to replace with a new LiftMaster Opener. Dan was very professional from start to finish.
