Had an online chat on their website around 8 am. They answered my questions and had a curtious installer at my home by 10. He had everything needed for the installation on his truck. The install was completed by 12 noon including some upgrades I requested. I was totally impressed by how quickly they responded to my needs. Contact them , you will not be disappointed.

Leo arrived on time, and completed the repair very quickly. He was extremely professional and courteous. Keith handled the administrative side, setting up the appointment, and responding to questions. The service from both Keith and Leo was excellent. I highly recommend Precision.

Our garage door opener broke Sunday night and we were pretty sure we needed a new one. The old one was 22 years old!! We called several places yesterday (Monday) and the first to call back almost immediately was Keith from Precision. We set an appointment for 4 PM yesterday afternoon and Bryan came out to service our garage door opener. He recommended a new belt opener and also told us our pulleys were shot. We had him replace the opener and pulleys and two hours later, we had a new garage door opener. Bryan was efficient, respectful, and very knowledgeable. We were extremely happy with the service provided and will recommend Precision to all our friends and family.

Keith and his guys are tremendous. I found them when my old door became inoperable and they sold me a new door, and everything associated with it, at a very reasonable price and they came when they said they would and communicated with me all along the way and generally exceeded my expectations. Very competent and honest! I recently had a keypad stop working and they were out the next day and fixed it in no time at all. I highly recommend them!

I called at 8:15am, by 11:30 Leo had arrived, diagnosed, and fixed our door. He was polite, honest, and knowledgeable. We will be calling Precision again to schedule an installation of a new updated system. I’m very impressed with Precision.

Dan was great, first he called and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could show up early. I was having a problem with my garage door opener. He looked at the issues and we talked about the pro's and con's of repairing or replacing the opener. I decided the best option was to replace with a new LiftMaster Opener. Dan was very professional from start to finish.

Precision is the best..called on Saturday and the new opener was installed on Monday. Multiple calls by the service technician and he was on time. Completed the installation and cleaned up the area. Would definitely have them out should we have other garage door problems...

Our garage spring broke (on Sunday afternoon of course) and needed the car on Monday. I called expecting to get a recording to call an emergency number and then get someone on Monday. Was pleasantly surprised to get a live person and was told a technician can come in the evening. About a half hour later Bryan called to say he was in the area so he showed up about 45 minutes after my initial call. Bryan was very professional and explained what he was gonna do - replacing both springs. He completed his work in about a 1/2 an hour or so, we were very pleased with his work

I found them on the internet and was absolutely delighted. I have had trouble for the last 3 years with my "new" garage door opener. The previous company did a poor job at installation and even worse customer service. Ed from Precision did a great job and my door runs like new. And they are very reasonable!!

Had a defcon 5 garage door emergency. Called Precision and they were out my house within a half hour. Dan from Precision, fixed everything and got the garage door back on track and able to be used. Without warning the garage door would only rise a short distance and stop. In the past this has been due to misalignment of safety sensor or debris but not this time. I called Precision Door and explained what was occurring and was told most likely it was the spring and that was correct because after arranging for a service call I checked. I was told to expect the Tech, Bryan Grammond, between 10a and 2p and he arrived some 20 minutes before 2p. He quickly saw the problem and promptly set about to replace the two springs that had broken. The door is once again operating correctly and I can say that the service was prompt and I would commend the Tech, Bryan, for a job well done and the Company for their response. Much appreciated. I have used Precision Door in the past and will continue to do so.

I had a garage door emergency, couldn't get door to go up the Friday before New Years. I called Precision, they told me they'd have someone out and gave me the timeframe, he was there in time, fixed the door and charges were reasonable. All done in 7 degree weather I might add!!!
