Keith and Dan were great, on time, very pleasant and professional. Even though the service call wasn't until the end of the day, you couldn't tell by their attitude or performance it was a long day. They performed an evaluation and found multiple areas of concern. They showed me the issues, recommended a course of action (presented 3 options). I chose the option that best fit the needs and made the most sense. Replaced cables, springs and rollers on two sets of doors. They performed the repair and we are very satisfied with their work and the garage doors now work great! Thanks again Keith and Dan!!!

I used two companies with the name Precision for other repairs and service so when I needed a garage door repaired, I thought that I would use the name Precision again. I was not disappointed. They were punctual, explained my options in an effective and communicative manner, and Gary and Ed performed the job in a efficient and timely manner. I do not hesitate to highly recommend this organization to anyone. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work that Precision performed. A 5 star review is in order.

Called at 9:00 AM Leo was there at 12 noon as promised. Replaced 2 springs and cables and pulleys lubricated the wheels was finished in about 1 hour. Service warranted for 4 years. Leo was very professional and answered all my questions. The service truck was clean and well advertised. I needed to have the repair ASAP. The are not the lowest price but were fast and thorough.

I attempted to repair my garage door springs and install the motor myself. I quickly learned I got myself in way over my head. I called Precision and Eddie was at my door 45 minutes later. He walked me through the process and explained the benefits of a spring upgrade. I was so pleased with his "precision" work and amazing attitude. He was the best of the best.
