I cannot say enough positive things about your operation. You went above and beyond what I deserved!. I mistakenly wrote a harsh review, thinking you were another company. Instead of replying negatively you had a courteous and highly skilled technician, Ed check another company's work and corrected the flaws in their repair. This was the very best of service. I was very impressed with Eddie. His knowledge base together with his confident personality makes him an asset to Precision. He educated me on the safety issues of our garage doors. I'm appreciative of his concern. Great guy... Brians estimated costs were bogus. In our initial telephone conversation he priced the required repair work to be $120.00 to $150.00. Eddies lowest estimated price was well in excess of $300.00 with the highest cost being $750.00!! I'm not pleased with Brian's approach to obtaining customers. Very bad business practices.

Technician (Leo) arrived on time, explained the work and options on replacing some older parts, price overall reasonable and the sound level of new unit versus old dropped considerably. Happy with the results (neighbor probably happy too in that I heard my garage door open while in his house, ouch!). Have a second noisy door that I will have done within the next month or so. My garage door opener had stopped working, so I purchased a new one, but needed it installed. I went on Yelp, and found Precision Door Service. They had some very good reviews, so I scheduled an appointment. Ed was wonderful... very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived early, explained everything he was going to do, starting with a multipoint inspection. Once completed, Ed reviewed his finding and presented me with 3 pricing options (there was no pressure to choose one over the other). Throughout the entire install, Ed would check in just to let me know how things were going. After the install, Ed reviewed everything with me (all functions of the new opener and the repairs). I would highly recommend Ed and Precision Door Service.

Leo (tech) did a great job. Clean, quick and efficient -- a total professional. He explained our options (we had a broken spring and a 10-YO door needing general maintenance) very clearly. Plus, we called on a Saturday morning and he was at our place by 2:00 Saturday afternoon. That's service!

They did a fantastic job. My garage door was loud and shakey upon opening and closing. My options and prices were explained to me before any work was performed. We used Precision 7+ years ago to install a new door, rails and opener so when we had a problem we immediately called them again since we were so pleased with that experience. Our spring broke and it was time for new rollers, springs, and a few other parts we elected to replace while they were here. Each time the technicians have been well informed, polite, and competent. I was called early in the morning to confirm the appointment and given a better idea of when they would show up. He did a thorough inspection and had 3 recommendations for what definitely had to be fixed, what items were showing a lot of wear and would need to be fixed soon and what items could wait a bit longer but were showing some wear and tear. He took time to explain and point out all the areas of concern. The only way our experiences with Precision Door could have been any better was if it was all free-- lol. Highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

So happy with our service!! This visit was our third, and no one could manage to code our cars. But not only did the young man from Precision program both our cars' HomeLink systems, he serviced our garage door and replaced the frayed cables. We will rely on this firm from now on.
