Ed came out to repair my tired old door. He was clean and courteous. He even showed up early! He did what was necessary and made sure I was aware of the issues with the door. He didn't up-sell me on anything unnecessary. I highly recommend.

I made a call at 10AM on a Friday morning and a technician (Ed) was at my house by 1PM. Ed reviewed some issues we were having with our door/opener and was easily able to identify and address 2 of the 3 issues. The 3rd issue required additional materials and that service call is already scheduled for next week. Ed took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was addressing each issue. I am very pleased with the service performed by Ed and by Precision Door's customer service, quick response time and follow up. Keep up to good work.

The torsion spring on my garage door broke this morning and I couldn't get the door open so I could go to work. Not knowing who to call I just googled and came up with the number for Precision. The repair guy was out within 3 hours and fixed my door, taking the time to explain how the springs work and why mine failed. The repair guy was pleasant, competent, and courteous. I hope I never have anymore issues with my garage door, but if I do I will definitely be calling Precision!

Great service and on time. Spring snapped and popped garage door off of rollers. Ed did a safety inspection of door and showed me some other issues he had concerns with. Ed got the door working and gave us some options for the future if we decide to replace the door. Decided to have Ed and Precision replace that door and the door next to it. Very fair price and excellent service made it an easy decision. Will request to have Ed install the doors when they come in. Very Satisfied.

Bryan was on time and did a fabulous job repairing our garage door. The door I come off the track and once he looked at it he quickly diagnosed the problem as one of the rollers somehow popped off. He was both friendly and professional. We highly recommend precision door service!

Great customer service! Recently, our garage door spring broke and a weld broke on one the panels requiring a brand new door and rail system. Precision answered our call late on a Friday afternoon and sent a technician out the next day to tell us what was needed. Within a few days the new door/rail system was in place and we were back in business. We are quite satisfied with the new door and everyone involved.
