Ed called before coming over and arrived at the time he stated over the phone. Once he examined my garage door, he explained what was needed and why it was needed. I was presented with three different estimates that was broken down with what what was to be done. Once I made my choice he went right to work. He always was asking if I had any questions and he answered all the questions I had. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the way Ed presented himself and the company.

We heard a loud noise Friday evening and discovered the garage door spring was broken. Called Precision at 8am Saturday. Ed Hesling arrived at 9:30. He quickly provided a safety inspection and replaced the spring and other worn parts. Ed is a very friendly and professional service technician. We would highly recommend Ed and Precision.

We are very satisfied with the service we received when the spring on our dourble car garage door broke around 7 p.m. last night. My wife is in a wheelchair and the garage is her main source of entry into our home. I went on line to look for a garage door repair service, found Precision, checked the reviews of those who use Precision, found many needed new springs, called them and got an appointment for first thing this morning. Bryan called to say he was on his way as indicated by the call service and arrived at the time he was predicted to be on site. He was very efficient and had the parts needed with him. We could not ask for more.

Precision was my second phone call. The first company came out, charged a service call and was uncommunicative when I asked questions. Precision called to confirm the appointment, and even called the morning of the visit to ask if they may come early. Leo (the service man who came-out) explained what he saw in my system, what the corrections were, and what I could expect from the current system. He charged for the service call only. He was professional, bright and informative. It was a pleasure to interact with him.

Your repair man Angel, did an excellent job. I would recommend your company to my neighbors. Angel did a first class job of explaining various things to me, and i appreciated that of him. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. I thought that the final cost of $529.00 was high, and i intend to check on that with your competitors. Maybe i am wrong, but as an engineer i need to make certain that i am not being over charged. Again, i thought that Angel did a good job, and that he was very fast in performing the job.
