Although I would rather not have had to call Precision because my old door opener short circuited due to lightning ,I was glad that I did. The tech that came out to see me was very courteous and preformed his job quickly. I had to replace the old opener and Precision helped me to do that very quickly and painlessly. I am happy with the liftmaster WiFi door opener that was installed. Precision is a top notch company and I would recommend them to anyone with garage door opener problems. This was a very unwanted and unexpected expense, Precision explained all of my options and the tech was very transparent with the costs involved. Well Done guys!!

The appointment window was 8 to 11 AM. Leo was here at 8 AM sharp. He had the problem identified quickly and had it repaired in 20 minutes. This was my first time using Precision Door. However, I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to my neighbors.

They installer did not have model 8355 I ordered to replace my older but working unit . He talked me into accepting model 8550 with WizFi. He did not activate the WiFi and simply left me a printed manual.

Keith and his guys are tremendous. I found them when my old door became inoperable and they sold me a new door, and everything associated with it, at a very reasonable price and they came when they said they would and communicated with me all along the way and generally exceeded my expectations.
