Thank you to Precision for repairing my (2) garage doors, for a year I put up with unreliable operation and now they work beautifully and are quiet too. I wish I would have called them sooner. Called Saturday 730 am and had a service technician Come out by 1 pm the same day. Leo was our tech who was prompt and very professional. He notified me of all the benefits of the garage door openers available and reviewed the system after installation. Keith and his guys are tremendous. I found them when my old door became inoperable and they sold me a new door, and everything associated with it, at a very reasonable price and they came when they said they would and communicated with me all along the way and generally exceeded my expectations. Called at 9:00 AM Leo was there at 12 noon as promised. Replaced 2 springs and cables and pulleys lubricated the wheels was finished in about 1 hour. Service warranted for 4 years. Leo was very professional and answered all my questions. The service truck was clean and well advertised. I needed to have the repair ASAP. The are not the lowest price but were fast and thorough.
