Precision has been great to deal with. Before even sending out a repairman, they tried to help me solve my problem over the phone (and save me the expense of a service call). When I was unable to fix it myself, they sent Leo, an experienced technician who solved the problem quickly and gave me some advice and instruction about being alert to maintenance issues that might arise. I am very happy with their service.

I knew I had a few broken rollers, and maybe some spring and pulley issues... But after Leo's quick assessment; I decided to let him just replace everything, including the opener. I now have a very quiet, smooth operating door. The belt drive opener, with the silicon rollers is the way to go. I won't miss my noisy old chain drive opener one bit. Everything works great, and I feel it was money well spent. Leo was very professional, and obviously knows his trade very well.

Leo your technician was very friendly efficient and timely. He completed the replacement of our garage door pad in a very short period of time. Checked and tightened the bolts on the garage door opener itself and explained how the new key pad operated. His explanation of all the work performed was clear and easy to understand. I had a garage door go down Saturday night. I called Precision Sunday morning and had a repairman "LEO" out by 11am.
