Excellent service. Received email confirmation once scheduled. Initial email contained employee pictures. Received another email identifying which employee would service the call. Morning of appointment employee called and introduced himself, confirmed scheduled time and provided ETA. He arrived on time as originally scheduled. He was neatly dressed, polite, well groomed and knowledgeable. We discussed the issue (frayed cable, single strand remaining) and he then proceeded to do an overall inspection. Upon completion of inspection, he offered 3 different levels of service from fixing the immediate issue to replacing parts that tend to have a similar service life. We opted for "fixing the immediate issue". He went to work and was done in no time at all. I will most definitely call them for future service and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Leo spent time with us on a Saturday reviewing our options, and patiently helped us decide on color and window options. The doors look great! Angel and Edwin did an excellent job installing everything. Only glitch was that the tracks ordered would not allow the doors to open, but they secured them and came back on Saturday to finish the job. Words cannot say how great it feels to be able to open both doors cleanly and quietly, and how great they look! Already recommended Precision to my boss for repairs he has put off for years.

Although much more expensive than I expected, Dan was prompt, courteous and took the time to explain the options and needed repairs. The garage door is now working great! 10 year warranty was a selling point. It seems that Dan did a great job!

My garage door opener broke last week when the spring and pulley failed. I called Precision because they had high ratings and are a local company in West Chester. Ed and Sean came to resolve the issue. Ed was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Sean was in training and Ed tested him at every turn. They gave me three options on price (good/better/best). I went with "best". They replaced my opener and all the hardware. The new unit is much quieter than the old one. I feel very good about the service that Precision gave me - very satisfied and would definitely recommend!

Recently we encountered a problem with one of our lights on our garage opener. Attempting to solve the problem on my own was unsuccessful. I called in and requested assistance. Leo(our installer) was assigned to address the issue. Running late, he called to let us know he would be late. On arrival he quickly solved the problem and things look good. Prompt, friendly, service and highly recommended.

At 5:30 on the evening before leaving town in the morning, luck would have it...the garage door broke with both cars inside the garage. We luckily called Precision Door Service after looking online. They were not able to come that night however Dan Mattison was at our door by 8 in the morning. A delightful young man and repaired the garage door in no time. Because of him we were able to leave town on time.

The heavy duty spring on my garage door broke after twenty years and I needed a company that could come out to my home in a day or so to replace the spring and pulley along with the safety wire. Serviceman was very knowledgeable and had both springs replaced in about thirty minutes along with lubricating the rollers on the repaired door. And yes, he checked my other garage door opener and lubricated it also to improve on the tension of opening and closing the doors. Would not hesitate asking Precision Door Service for help in the future.

I wanted a more local service company, so I called Precision. The technician, Leo, showed up on time and I showed him the issues with the garage door operating poorly, loudly, and binding up. Leo had two recommendations, a new garage door or a rebuild. I chose the rebuild. Leo replaced springs, cables, rollers and pulleys and afterwards the garage door operated smoothly and quietly. Leo was professional, did the work quickly and well. I would recommend highly.
