Great customer service! Recently, our garage door spring broke and a weld broke on one the panels requiring a brand new door and rail system. Precision answered our call late on a Friday afternoon and sent a technician out the next day to tell us what was needed. Within a few days the new door/rail system was in place and we were back in business. We are quite satisfied with the new door and everyone involved.

Ed called before coming over and arrived at the time he stated over the phone. Once he examined my garage door, he explained what was needed and why it was needed. I was presented with three different estimates that was broken down with what what was to be done. Once I made my choice he went right to work. He always was asking if I had any questions and he answered all the questions I had. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the way Ed presented himself and the company.

Matt called to say that he felt our Opener prices were too high and that he could buy one at a Home Depot or Online for far less. He also stated that our spring prices are much higher than what he could get online.

Matt, Understood. Nobody can compete with big box store. Home Depot sell openers for less than our least expensive opener costs us to buy. I'm sorry that you can't understand this, but this is the reality of all small business in America. BUT, you forget our openers are brought to your door, installed the same day you telephoned us for service and all done by a professional. We make sure your door is working safely ensuring that both your door and opener will have a long working life. You want cheap stuff. Call Home Depot.
