Came Home from Vacation on a Saturday to a broken Garage door. Called at 1130. Said there was an available appointment between 4 and 6. Technician called at 230. Said he was running early. A tech came out the next day, provided three options and was able to install and make the changes the very same day. The garage door is safer and quieter then it was before. I'm very happy with service. I was literally stuck in my garage because a spring broke and I disconnected the door before taking my car ou. I called with my situation that I had to be at a meeting in 1.5 hours and they sent a great technician out to fix it within an hour. The people that answer the phone also understand garage doors and had I explained the situation before unhooking the door I could have gotten some advice to avoid having my car trapped inside! So I have been with Precision for at least 6 years and I am very happy with their service and responsiveness to customer needs.
