I had a problem with my garage door yeaterday, and called to sechedule an appointment to get it fixed. I was told Leo would be doing the work and would fit me in on Friday. Leo got here earlier than I expected, which was great. He was a pleasure to work witj, explained what needed to be done, and provided me the necessary options (costs) to make a decision. I have worked with Precision on theee occasions now, and all of them have been great. Two were repairs and one for a new garage door. Every service personnel I dealt with have been pleasant, extremely helpful, and customer service oriented. I will always call Precision for any future needs.

Technician was on-time, knowledgeable, and offered a variety of solutions with different pricing options for fixing the broken springs. Repair was done without much fanfare and the doors work now. In a world where (unfortunately) many repair jobs are a hassle to schedule, a song-and-dance to get done, and then the issue persists, Precision Door simply delivers.
