We needed a relatively simple repair. 1) They answered the phone the first time we called and we were easily able to schedule an appointment. 2) Their technician showed up on time and was friendly and ready to get the work started. 3) After a quick survey, technician explained to me what the issues were and presented me with cost estimate to repair. 4) Repairs were made and the cost was exactly as quoted. All same day. I would recommend this company!

Was not happy at all. I called you to our home for a repair, the garage door is 2" short of completely closing, therefore the garage is the same temperature as the outside and my babies room is above. I assumed this was an adjustment and was willing to pay for such. Not only was nothing done, I was charged $40.00 for 6 estimates beginning at $670 dollars, none of which we can afford. Not happy in Coatesville.

Leo was able to come a little earlier than the appointment window. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my old garage door opener which the belt was worn out. He gave me options of replacing the old belt and rail or replacing the door opener. Since my old opener was 19 years old and could break down at any time, I decided to go with a new opener. He gave me 3 options with one brand and 2 options with another brand. I knew the garage door was also out of balance so he recommended that I get new springs, cables, and pulley's replaced which I did. One of the cables he took off was in strands and ready to break, so replacing these parts was a good decision to make sure the new opener was not over stressed and so the door could move smoothly. It was an unexpected and very expensive job, and I have no idea what a job like this could cost, so I hope that this job was a fair price for everything. Leo was able to give a discount as part of a package deal with all involved. That said, Leo was extremely well mannered, patient with my questions, and was very knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly. He knows what he is doing and probably took less than 2 hours to replace and adjust everything. The garage door is moving smoothly and quietly.
