Gentlemen came out when he said he would, explained everything, gave an estimated cost, fixed the problem in a timely manner(also gave an estimated time, which was accurate), was very professional and applied a coupon at the end which brought the cost to a lower amount than the estimation. This company is professional and organized. They follow up and come when they say they will. The work performed was fine and the salesman / technician was knowledgeable. I would give them a five star but for the cost of the products and labor. This is a high margin business now owned by private equity. I was surprised by the cost of the basic parts and labor which took no more than 45 minutes. Repairs were just under $1,000 for rollers, cables, pullies, and springs, none of which are precision components that would warrant the cost. They do however provide a warranty, which I would have preferred not to be built into the cost. They have a good business model. Thanks.

Leo and Harry came to repair one of our garage doors that had broken. The company kept us posted as to their arrival time with tech similar to Uber. When they got to our house, Leo explained everything he was going to do and the estimated costs. He was excellent and very knowledgeable and the pricing was very fair for what he had to do. The technician was super communicative and very friendly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and timely. I believe he did a quality job in a very timely manner and helped us out where he could. I was a little shocked that it was over 400 dollars to replace a spring, I understand there was a minimum for the work he could do and I understand that's just what it costs. But that did hurt. Everything is expensive these days I suppose. Thankyou for the excellent job done.
