Had old garage doors replaced by Precision in 2014. Service was great - new doors have been very reliable. The door we use the most was recently repaired with new pulleys, cables and springs. It now runs as smoothly as on Day One. Service was prompt, complete and courteous. Highly recommend!

Was not happy at all. I called you to our home for a repair, the garage door is 2" short of completely closing, therefore the garage is the same temperature as the outside and my babies room is above. I assumed this was an adjustment and was willing to pay for such. Not only was nothing done, I was charged $40.00 for 6 estimates beginning at $670 dollars, none of which we can afford. Not happy in Coatesville.

Leo was able to come a little earlier than the appointment window. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my old garage door opener which the belt was worn out. He gave me options of replacing the old belt and rail or replacing the door opener. Since my old opener was 19 years old and could break down at any time, I decided to go with a new opener. He gave me 3 options with one brand and 2 options with another brand. I knew the garage door was also out of balance so he recommended that I get new springs, cables, and pulley's replaced which I did. One of the cables he took off was in strands and ready to break, so replacing these parts was a good decision to make sure the new opener was not over stressed and so the door could move smoothly. It was an unexpected and very expensive job, and I have no idea what a job like this could cost, so I hope that this job was a fair price for everything. Leo was able to give a discount as part of a package deal with all involved. That said, Leo was extremely well mannered, patient with my questions, and was very knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly. He knows what he is doing and probably took less than 2 hours to replace and adjust everything. The garage door is moving smoothly and quietly. Hopefully things will be working problem free for many years. Well done Leo and team for the quick scheduling and service. Regards, Robert

This was my first time dealing with Percision and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Right from the first phone call which walked me through my options as well as scheduling of a service call all the way through the service call and installation of a new garage door opener. The Service Technician was very knowledgeable and explained all of the operations of the new opener and completed the installation in a very timely manner. Will look to Percision for my future needs of a new garage door and opener for a project that was just started.

My contacting Precision was based on the work done at my friend and associate’s home and business as well as my discontent with the company that I had been working with for 18 yrs. Hope was extremely helpful. Leo is, now, my technician of choice. He has caused me to put Precision on speed dial. Only concern, after the fact is no coupon, senior or vet discount was offered. I can only hope and expect a response pertaining that issue. A fine team.

We just purchased a new house and noticed the garage doors were very squeaky and we only had a remote for one of the two doors. Lou showed up right on time (we had a 3-6 window and he was there at 2:55!). He looked at everything, gave us an assessment of the condition of the doors and motors and lubed them to reduce the noise they make. Really personable and knowledgeable. Will keep them on speed dial if we ever need the doors or motors serviced.

Precision door has replaced our door, installed a new opener and installed new springs over the past 12 years for us. Each time they are timely, courteous and informative. They explain what needs to be done and why and offer you options. I never feel pressured to get a gold plated garage door! This is why I stick with them every time I need help with the garage door. I trust them. Leo was great this visit giving our garage opener a tuneup. He advised me what to look for as the opener gets older (it is already 10 years old) and what could indicate a more severe problem as it ages. No pressure to buy a new one that I don’t need right now.
