Had a spring failure on one of my two doors on the night before Xmas Eve. Was shocked that Precision could come over on Xmas eve and repair door. Leo called, and came over ahead of schedule. He was very knowledgeable and had all the history of previous visits made to my home. Cost were very reasonable and a quality repair was done. Thanks Leo.

Today Leo showed up to check out our garage door.
He was very punctual, announced his arrival as I was told he would do. Very articulate and professional and I was impressed by his knowledge of a very old system that he had to deal with.
He identified the issue, fixed it and I cannot be more pleased by such high quality service. This whole experience is an anomaly considering today's attitudes and substandard quality of service.

While backing out of the garage, I mistakenly hit the door remote and the door came down hitting the antenna unit on the roof & pulled the door off the track and dented the door. 2 years ago, Precision installed the garage door and since they did an excellent job, I did not hesitate to call them. Neil arrived promptly at the arranged time, with mask. Evaluated the situation, fully explained the repair and cost. Neil did a great job, the door looks and works just as good as when Precision installed it.

I had a leak from my home that trickled down to the garage and shorted my garage door opener. At the same time, the spring broke on my other garage door! Leo fixed both problems and did it professionally and efficiently and clearly provided explanations to everything he did. He was outstanding! Thank you.

Very happy with the response time and the service from Precision. We had a spring snap on a Thursday night and Precision was here Friday afternoon! We have not had any experience with them before... chose them after looking through their website while doing an on-line search. Leo was our technician and he was excellent! Full explanation of repairs and cost options. I can't speak to cost comparison because I didn't check any other company. I do know that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone. The door works like a charm and our vehicles are free!
