The appointment window was 8 to 11 AM. Leo was here at 8 AM sharp. He had the problem identified quickly and had it repaired in 20 minutes. This was my first time using Precision Door. However, I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to my neighbors.

They installer did not have model 8355 I ordered to replace my older but working unit . He talked me into accepting model 8550 with WizFi. He did not activate the WiFi and simply left me a printed manual.

Tech installed garage door opener motor only. The tech said the motor only came with 1 remote but left a 2nd remote which was very nice of him. He was going to leave a spare garage door pulley cable but never did. He decided to leave the old track instead of a new one because it is a single piece track that is heavier duty which was fine. He did not leave the new track or any hardware. He had the motor installed fairly quickly. He left before I could use the coupon.

Dan came back out today to check on my door. He installed a new opener a few months back. I called yesterday with an issue of it not staying closed. Dan courteously called when he was on his way, arrived right on time and was able to diagnose and correct the issue in no time at all. Great service as always.

Garage door broke around 7pm Monday, gave Precision a call and was told a technician would be out the next morning between 8-10. Received a phone call around 7:30, tech was at the house at 7:45 and the door was working by 9:30. Brian was great, knew what he was doing and explained the issues and options to fix.

tech was VERY courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and quick. my only complaint is I was told (via website chat)weekend hourly labor rate was $89.95. No minimum charge was discussed. Tech was onsite a maximum of 25 minutes yet I was charged the full hour. still overall a 4 star rating.

Eddie was here right on time (he called 30 minutes ahead). After a comprehensive inspection, he told me exactly the repairs my door needed. I was given 3 detailed options, so it was less difficult to make a final decision. He made the repairs and pointed them out to me. He was here less than 30 minutes.
