Precision has been great to deal with. Before even sending out a repairman, they tried to help me solve my problem over the phone (and save me the expense of a service call). When I was unable to fix it myself, they sent Leo, an experienced technician who solved the problem quickly and gave me some advice and instruction about being alert to maintenance issues that might arise. I am very happy with their service.

Kid who came out was very nice and really tried but unable to fix. I have a large garage door and the center support for the torsion springs had come off the wall and locked the track. I paid $229.00 to get my car out of my garage. (This was on a Sunday for emergency services).

Our garage door was having issue opening all the way. Sometimes it would work and other times it got stuck about 2 feet off the ground. The technician we had was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue right away. The left spring was broken, leaving all the burden of the door's weight on the one spring. He was very thorough in his work, making sure he also inspected the other parts of the door, such as the cables, bearings, and plates. He provided on-the-spot estimates for 3 different packages. I selected the package the made the most sense and that fit within my budget. Lastly, he demonstrated the operation of the door once he completed his work to make sure I was satisfied (which I was). Overall, I was extremely pleased with Precision and would certainly use them again for any future work. Thanks again, Marcus Ricci

Called this morning and scheduled appt. for today (between 3 and 6pm). Tech arrived 3:15pm. "Will" was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and addressed it in a reasonable amount of time. This was not my first service call with Precision. Hopefully, I won't need their service too frequently, but will not hesitate to call them if I do.

Geof did a professional job replacing a broken cable in my wife's garage door. I thought only one cable had to be fixed, but he showed me that both cables should be replaced. I will call Precision Door for any servicing of our garage doors in the future.

Spring broke on my garage door. Did an online search, and Precision popped up serving my area in Chester County. They were the first company I called, and I was pleasantly surprised when the representative said they could have someone out the same day! Geoffrey was on time, early actually, and able to meet my scheduling needs in the afternoon. He was super friendly, and extra careful as he completed the work in the garage, paying special attention to the parked vehicles inside the garage, which I was a tad nervous about. He understood and assured me all would be well. He was careful and considerate, and replaced both springs in about 45 minutes. The service was great, and I'll definitely use these guys again should I need help with garage door repairs in the future! Thank you!
