Even offered to bring me coffee for my early appointment! Who does that these days? He’s proficient and knowledgeable & obviously loves what he does. It was an all around wonderful experience. Great service from the start! Went online Thursday evening and was able to get someone here as soon as Friday afternoon. Matt was great! Temporarily fixed the door so it was useable while we wait for the panel to come in to fix the door more permanently. Explained the problem, answered all of questions, and offered multiple solutions for how to fix things more long term. Great experience!

This is the second time I’ve used Precision Door and the experience was amazing both times. The scheduling platform they use provides a simple and seamless experience. I scheduled online, received a confirmation of my appointment, and then received reminders and updates about my appointment automatically. The technician who did the work was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He provided exceptional service - quite possibly the best I’ve ever received from a service professional. I won’t use anyone else!

As someone who is very meticulous when it comes to companies that complete work on my residence, I can whole heartedly say that this company has checked every box and met every expectation that a home owner could ask for. Tina, the technician, was so polite and courteous, it left me at ease. That is a lost service in my opinion in a lot of companies these days, but not with this one. All my questions were answered and then some that made my decision to utilize this company for the work even easier. They will not try to over sell you, but at the same time make sure you are getting all the work done that you need so that you're not having issues in the near future. Everything is on warranty and you don’t have to wait for there team to get back to you or come out should be an issue, as they are extremely prompt. I typically do not leave reviews, however when a company goes above and beyond for you as this one has shown, they deserve all the accolades and I hope this reaches as many people as possible to better there business.

At this point, I don’t believe I would be able to give a 5-star review. The main reasons are: • The technician who visited did not seem very familiar with the product. • The estimate provided does not clearly outline exactly what I’m purchasing for nearly $10,000. • I have competing offers with a better R-factor, and your Your email bounced back that I tried to respond back to price for the side-mount lift is roughly double that of a competitor. I wanted to share this feedback, so you understand my concerns. If you’d like to provide more detailed information or clarify what’s included, I’m open to reviewing it.

I think this is the third time I have had these guys out to service my door. The first two times they showed up very quickly to fix a problem on an "emergency" basis. Tina came out yesterday to do routine maintenance on my door, lube, replace the worn noisy rollers and replace the dead keypad. After she left, I thought there was a problem, they had AJ swing by on his way home. There was no problem, just a glitch or something I did. These guys always charge a fair price and complete their work in a professional manner.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day right online and Darrin Mills called on asked if he could come sooner. He called when he was 10 mins out and all went smoothly. Quick estimate and full explanation of the work and charges and after approval he went to work and finished the complete job and ten fully went thru the work with me. He was very professional, clean and friendly and was a complete pleasure to have him work on the garage door repair. We will call for him in the future

Precision was recommended by a neighbor who was pleased with their work. A torsion spring on our door broke Friday and we needed it repaired over weekend. Matthew arrived at 6pm Saturday, as promised, and replaced the springs and some other parts that were very old and worn. He was very courteous, explained everything that needed to be done, and options.

My technician was Dylan. He arrived on time for the appointment. He was very courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions whether they were related to the job or not. He was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. He presented me with various options to perform my repairs and address other concerns i asked about. He did not try to influence my choice of options which I appreciated. When he began the repairs, he went through everything efficiently. Wow, quality work (thank you Mathew) at a fair price. An example of above and beyond service: when I ran into difficulty programming the Homelink in my car, I posted an online question to Precision and they immediately responded with offer to send a technician out the next day, and then they offered to have the tech manager call me in the morning to sort it out. And all this from a text message I sent at 7:00pm, well after business hours!!! Customer service after the sale is THE mark of a quality organization.

It's great to call a company on a service request and actually speak to a knowledgeable human being (versus a machine)! We asked for Leo Cornelius since he serviced our garage door two years ago when the springs broke. He arrived on time, effectively analyzed the problem with the garage door opener, clearly provided options for repair/replacement (with no "push" for any given alternative), efficiently installed the replacement, and articulately communicated the operating and control features on the new opener that we chose.
