Review:
Following a power outage my door opener stopped working. The technician came and condemned the "board" due to a suspected power surge. Subsequently the door started functioning again following another outage (way to go PECO). My concern is that the board was condemned (for $300+) without testing for power cycling. I'm left with the worry that this will happen again.
Understand that I am not faulting the technician, but he as well as I should have tried to power cycle the unit.

When I did have an issue of our own making (kid backing up and damaging the door), they were out the next day, repaired the door and offered options for replacing damaged section if we did not like the cosmetic damage.
