Hi, I'm Leo.
I started working for Precision as a summer job while attending Shippensburg University. I received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a major of Supply Chain Management. I studied French for nine years and was on the executive board and leader of several different clubs while in school.
I am a big Flyers fan and just an overall fan of hockey. I think teamwork is very important, and enjoy any sport or activity that involves cooperation. I play all types of sports but focus on hockey.
I very much enjoy watching movies and TV shows, as well as playing sports in my down time, and spending time with my fiance. We are animal lovers and at the moment have a kitten.

I had a problem with my garage door yeaterday, and called to sechedule an appointment to get it fixed. I was told Leo would be doing the work and would fit me in on Friday. Leo got here earlier than I expected, which was great. He was a pleasure to work witj, explained what needed to be done, and provided me the necessary options (costs) to make a decision.
I have worked with Precision on theee occasions now, and all of them have been great. Two were repairs and one for a new garage door. Every service personnel I dealt with have been pleasant, extremely helpful, and customer service oriented.
I will always call Precision for any future needs.

He was prompt, respectful, and thoughtful. He’s also an expert…very experienced - long tenure. Leo executed the work meticulously: replacing our old garage door opener with a new model in what I believe was a very short time frame, and then explained what he accomplished and provided directions regarding the new unit.
I will definitely be calling Precision Door for future jobs!

Installation was scheduled from 2 to 5 pm. Leo called a half hour before and arrived at 2 on the dot. He was very courteous and explained what he was going to do and asked if I had questions. He programed the remote for not only the new opener, but also the other garage door opener. Leo's work was that of a professional.

Technician was on-time, knowledgeable, and offered a variety of solutions with different pricing options for fixing the broken springs.
Repair was done without much fanfare and the doors work now.
In a world where (unfortunately) many repair jobs are a hassle to schedule, a song-and-dance to get done, and then the issue persists, Precision Door simply delivers.
This is the second fix we've used them for and will not hesitate in the future.
