I was born and raise in West Chester PA.
Prior to working at Precision, I started Pool Tables and Supplies, Inc. in 1996. We specialized in installation and maintenance of pool tables and overall expertise.
I'm a problem solver and enjoys the challenges of servicing garage doors and openers.
When I'm not working, I enjoy playing volleyball and spending time with my wife, Peggy and our three children, Jessica, Eric and Nicole.
I'm looking forward to the arrival of my first grandson in Nov 2020.

My torsion spring double door broke at 10pm on a Monday night … called precision door right away and was surprised someone answered! On Tuesday morning less than 12 hrs later… they showed up and had it fixed within the hour!! The tech Mike is professional and courteous and efficient very satisfied!!

I was very pleased with the timely service provided by Precision Garage Door. One of the tensioned garage door springs had broken, and I know enough not to attempt that repair as a DIY project.
I called Precision and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Later that afternoon I was contacted by the technician asking if I was available the same day, as he had freed up earlier on a prior job and was in the area.
The technician; Mike Hopton was exceptional. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote before starting any work. He advised me of a military discount and completed the job in a timely manner. Mike also took the time to explain the procedures, and answered all my questions. Mike made some additional adjustments and fixed the light fixture on the opener, even providing a light bulb for the new fixture. The parts for the job were the majority of my bill. I found the labor costs to be a fair representation of the service performed.
I will definitely use Precision for my future garage door needs.

Within the next day, Precision installed two Liftmaster 87504 belt drive openers with Wifi, battery backup and cameras. I love the smart system and outstanding work done by Precision. Extremely professional, I called Monday late afternoon I had my tech there on time to the minute. Fare price, picked up after himself change my motor, new moldings outside, service the existing door and added new rubber. Feels like a new door, silent...great job would highly recommend.
