I was born and raise in West Chester PA. Prior to working at Precision, I started Pool Tables and Supplies, Inc. in 1996. We specialized in installation and maintenance of pool tables and overall expertise. I'm a problem solver and enjoys the challenges of servicing garage doors and openers. When I'm not working, I enjoy playing volleyball and spending time with my wife, Peggy and our three children, Jessica, Eric and Nicole. I'm looking forward to the arrival of my first grandson in Nov 2020.

My garage door opener, interior and exterior keypad totally died today. I am a past customer of Precision and knew I could count on them to confirm my fears and make the necessary repairs. Although an expensive repair, I am thrilled with the new Liftmaster garage door open, ah a keypad that works with a light touch, and the silence of the door is astounding to me - who knew. The work was diagnosed and repaired efficiently within 1 1/2 hours. I feel the better quality unit is going to give me years of service and I no longer have to wonder if the door will or will not open - the gremlin has left the building and with a Precision technician's expertise I am back up and running.

The google search gave me many options but I was drawn to the 24/7 same day repair possibility during a snow storm and I like dealing with local businesses. The West Chester site was close, the support for quick repair led to an order for a new improved garage door system when weather permits in the spring. I was extra pleased with the pleasant customer discount :). Mike was great and even came 1 day early as our driveway was cleared and ready for service!

I learned so much about garage door openers & garage doors - much more than from the original garage door opener installer, who also came back for inspection. but hardly talked or explained anything compared to the good advice & information I obtained from Michael. He also included a couple of minor repairs. My garage door opener now works great !!
