Hello, As I went to leave my home Dec. 24, 2022 - Christmas Eve at 9 AM, I found my garage door was frozen shut! The outside temperature was 7 degrees. I called for emergency repair. Chris was excellent. He came earlier than the window time I was given (11AM-2PM). He went over "options" etc. I went with his Expertise/ Suggestions. Please reference my Invoice #44892336 for details on the Spring Rebuild & New Opener & the work that was done AND Chris' last name.
Honestly, I felt very bad that he had sooo much work to do in the frigid cold (7 degrees) & on Christmas Eve!!! He was very very pleasant & detailed. I am very very happy that my electric garage door is working and that I did not need to park my car outside for 1-2 weeks until someone could come to fix it. Chris left his sticker on the wall. I will certainly call again if I need a garage door or whatever... Hoping to call on a warm day and schedule an appt. in advance. I am very very appreciative that my garage door was repaired on Christmas Eve in frigid weather. I could not be happier to see my garage door open at 8 PM on Christmas Eve Night when temperatures outside were even lower!!! So nice to park in my garage!!! Chris - Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! The technician (Tom) was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem in detail and offered options to resolve the issue that met with my needs and budget. I had a wonderful experience with Precision. From the very beginning, I felt at ease and felt that I would get the best service and quality for the price. I worked with Tom for pricing; he made wonderful suggestions, and did not come on with a hard sell. Indeed, because of a door that was left in stock, I got an upgraded door (with window, which I initially didn't want) for the same price as a lower-priced, windowless door.
On the day of installation, Tom was in my driveway at 7:15 for an 8:00 start time, to begin looking over the lay of the land. Angel arrived soon after. Both men worked all day--they left around 4 p.m.--in miserable heat and humidity. Never once did they even enter my house, although I asked them to several times to get out of the heat. They stopped only for lunch. The job looks beautiful, the work is perfect, and the place was completely clean afterward.
Precision was recommended to me by a neighbor who used them for garage repair two years ago. I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of work on a garage door.
