Hi, my Name is Bryan. I am from Springfield, PA (Delaware County). Prior to starting my career with Precision, I was an auto mechanic. Now cars are just my hobby. I enjoy fishing, cooking, car racing and most importantly spending time with my family. I started working for Precision while living in Florida for a year or so. I enjoy what I do, and the customers I get to meet everyday.

Had problem with our door over the weekend and called for service. Precision offered to send technician out over the weekend - which we deemed unnecessary as everyone deserves a day off. The torsion spring on my garage door broke this morning and I couldn't get the door open so I could go to work. Not knowing who to call I just googled and came up with the number for Precision. The repair guy was out within 3 hours and fixed my door, taking the time to explain how the springs work and why mine failed. The repair guy was pleasant, competent, and courteous. I hope I never have anymore issues with my garage door, but if I do I will definitely be calling Precision!
