Hi, my Name is Bryan.
I am from Springfield, PA (Delaware County).
Prior to starting my career with Precision, I was an auto mechanic. Now cars are just my hobby. I enjoy fishing, cooking, car racing and most importantly spending time with my family. I started working for Precision while living in Florida for a year or so. I enjoy what I do, and the customers I get to meet everyday.

Matt called to say that he felt our Opener prices were too high and that he could buy one at a Home Depot or Online for far less. He also stated that our spring prices are much higher than what he could get online.

Understood. Nobody can compete with big box store. Home Depot sell openers for less than our least expensive opener costs us to buy. I'm sorry that you can't understand this, but this is the reality of all small business in America.
BUT, you forget our openers are brought to your door, installed the same day you telephoned us for service and all done by a professional. We make sure your door is working safely ensuring that both your door and opener will have a long working life.
You want cheap stuff. Call Home Depot. You want the best products on the market with unmatched professional service. Call us.

Review:
We are very satisfied with the service we received when the spring on our dourble car garage door broke around 7 p.m. last night. My wife is in a wheelchair and the garage is her main source of entry into our home.
I went on line to look for a garage door repair service, found Precision, checked the reviews of those who use Precision, found many needed new springs, called them and got an appointment for first thing this morning.
Bryan called to say he was on his way as indicated by the call service and arrived at the time he was predicted to be on site. He was very efficient and had the parts needed with him.
We could not ask for more.

Outstanding service from the pros at Precision! Brian called in advance of arriving and was patient, courteous, and carefully explained the issues before advising the repair. He completed the work within the time frame he predicted and made sure everything worked to my satisfaction. I am a repeat customer and I am always impressed with their customer service.

12/15/16 - Service included replacement of broken/frayed cables and old rollers on my garage door. Needed a quick repair and service was completed the same day I called. Technician, Bryan Grammond, was prompt, courteous, professional and skilled. Overall excellent service experience.

Review:
As discussed with Tom, there was no communication to me that Bryan was going to be an hour late after the set appointment. Having the technician or office staff contact the customer if there is to be a delay would eliminate this issue. Bryan is not a good reflection of customer service on your company which I have found everyone else I have dealt with in the past to be excellent. I only hope the quality of his work is better than his customer service.

As per our conversation, I do apologize. We dropped the ball on this call and appreciated your letting us know.
Communication: I'll be discussing it with all our technicians this coming meeting. It's easy to forget to call ahead when faced with a difficult job, but they certainly need to keep in mind the customer who is still waiting. We'll work on it.
