Service was awesome. I called on Friday late afternoon and Dylan came the next day. He examined my garage door and the issue I had with it. He explained what needed to be done and gave options! He was awesome. I am very happy with the service I received! Highly recommend this company!

Precision was the only phone call I was making. I had been given great service a couple of years ago and I knew I would receive the same this time. I called Monday morning and I was told Harry Fassett would be out the next morning. Harry called Tuesday to let me know we were his first stop and asked if he could bring us any coffee. He determined, which we knew; we needed a new opener and gave us three options and all that came with each one. Once we decided, he got right to work. He was diligent, kind and fantastic to work with. I just happily pulled my car into the garage.

Tina was polite, on time, and professional. She addressed my concerns about the door sticking, the uneven slant, and the loud noise that had developed when the door was activated. She inspected the whole system, noted and explained signs of wear. As nothing was visibly broken, I asked Tina to clean and lubricate the parts that needed maintenance. I was completely satisfied with the work and the bill. Tina left an estimate for replacing both doors. I will call Precision Door when I need to do just that.
