The technician Tina analyzed the problem and installed a new opener. However, the door would not open. She then looked at the wiring in the wall and replaced a section of the wire. The opener now works flawlessly.

We called Precision because of a broken torsion spring. Dylan was our service technician and fully explained our issues and all the options. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and direct with his assessment. The work was completed quickly and we're very satisfied with the level of service and well as the peace of mind we've received with the warranty provided by Precision.

Precision Garage Door is amazing. Matthew was very helpful and informative. I had a different company out to repair the garage door 3 months ago and got hosed, the other company did a half assed repair and charged almost triple the price that I just paid to Precision. I will definitely call Precision again if I need any further repairs on the garage door or the opener. I cannot say enough about Precision. If you need anything fixed on your garage door, call these people!

Chris installed a new garage door opener. He was courteous, professional and has done a great job, he explained to us the new features and programmed for us all required parts. Gentlemen came out when he said he would, explained everything, gave an estimated cost, fixed the problem in a timely manner(also gave an estimated time, which was accurate), was very professional and applied a coupon at the end which brought the cost to a lower amount than the estimation.
