I have lived in Pennsylvania my whole life and currently live in beautiful Southern Chester County. I love the area I live in and love working in this area.
Working as a technician for precision door is a great fit for me, I like working with my hands, figuring out technical and mechanical issues and finding the best solution. I also enjoy meeting new people which I get to every home that I go to. One of my favorite parts of the job, is after I finish a repair or instillation, seeing the homeowners excitement, and knowing they are happy with the result of the work.

We used Precision 7+ years ago to install a new door, rails and opener so when we had a problem we immediately called them again since we were so pleased with that experience. Our spring broke and it was time for new rollers, springs, and a few other parts we elected to replace while they were here. Each time the technicians have been well informed, polite, and competent. I was called early in the morning to confirm the appointment and given a better idea of when they would show up. He did a thorough inspection and had 3 recommendations for what definitely had to be fixed, what items were showing a lot of wear and would need to be fixed soon and what items could wait a bit longer but were showing some wear and tear. He took time to explain and point out all the areas of concern. The only way our experiences with Precision Door could have been any better was if it was all free-- lol. Highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience ! Timely scheduling ( they were able to get us someone right away, even though it was evening), and friendly helpful service ! Our technician was awesome and fixed everything on the spot, no waiting around for parts to be ordered etc. Would absolutely use again!
