Your technician (Leo) was on time, polite and wore a mask the whole time he was on my property. My old flimsy garage door had stopped working altogether. But I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the office staff was both to get started and as needed during the work. The representative, Leo, was sent to my home arriving within a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable beyond my expectations, friendly, courteous, made recommendations that were logical and reasonable, replacing the flimsy door with a sturdier one, but keeping the electric motor that was still in good shape. He took time to explain all of the recommendations, and once we settled on our plan for a new sturdier door to be powered by the current motor, he took less than 30 minutes to get my current, broken down, noisy, flimsy door working again so I can open and close it again, until the new more sturdy door and rails arrive.

Outstanding Serive and repair. We had one of our garage door torsion springs fail. Leo was our technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and early. We had him replace the failed torsion spring and also the other door spring as these were both over 20 years old. He did a great job and I would highly recommend Precision Door and Leo. One evening I heard the spring on my garage door break. As an avid "Do-it-Yourselfer" I started doing some research into this type of repair. I very quickly discovered that these springs come in a multitude of strengths for different weight doors. Since this setup was very old and I didn't know the weight of the door, I realized that, at best, this would be trial and error with a lot of learning along the way.
While doing my research, I came across the website of Precision Door and was surprisingly impressed. So I did some more research on Precision Door themselves and gave them a call. Leo was out to my house the very next day. He went over all my options and prices then let me choose. He completed the work in an very friendly and professional manner while exhibiting a comforting level of competence. What's nice is that they come to your house with all the equipment they need. That means they have many different strength springs with them so they can use the perfect one. Leo actually tried a couple before he found the right one.
Now the door works so much better than it has ever worked before. In fact, whenever I hit the button on the opener I still to turn around to make sure its working because it is so much quieter that it ever was before. I'm really glad I gave Precision Door a call. It's a good feeling to know it's done right.
