Did not give a five star rating ONLY because because I called on a Sunday, and they couldn't make it out to fix until Tuesday. Leo showed up, provided clear and concise information and guidance and fixed it in a jiffy.

Leon was great. Work was done in an hour. Problem was diagnosed and several replacement options presented. Also offered to fix the 27 year old unit if I didn't want to replace. New unit works great, is whisper quiet, and has more features than the last. We love it. Same day service was also great.

I knew I had a few broken rollers, and maybe some spring and pulley issues...
But after Leo's quick assessment; I decided to let him just replace everything, including the opener. I now have a very quiet, smooth operating door. The belt drive opener, with the silicon rollers is the way to go. I won't miss my noisy old chain drive opener one bit.
Everything works great, and I feel it was money well spent. Leo was very professional, and obviously knows his trade very well.

Leo your technician was very friendly efficient and timely. He completed the replacement of our garage door pad in a very short period of time. Checked and tightened the bolts on the garage door opener itself and explained how the new key pad operated. His explanation of all the work performed was clear and easy to understand. The repairman got to my house in record time, had the parts needed on his truck, did the repair work needed in an hour and answered all my questions. The spring replacements are done correctly as evidenced by the door working perfectly since it was done a couple weeks ago. I had a garage door go down Saturday night. I called Precision Sunday morning and had a repairman "LEO" out by 11am. Leo called me 30 minutes before he was due to arrive...which was great as I could put my dogs in the yard.
Leo walked me through the repair and explained why I needed an additional spring installed.
I was also able to get a new key pad installed. One more thing on my list.
I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who is searching for a garage door repair.

Recently we encountered a problem with one of our lights on our garage opener. Attempting to solve the problem on my own was unsuccessful. I called in and requested assistance. Leo(our installer) was assigned to address the issue. Running late, he called to let us know he would be late. On arrival he quickly solved the problem and things look good. Prompt, friendly, service and highly recommended.

The heavy duty spring on my garage door broke after twenty years and I needed a company that could come out to my home in a day or so to replace the spring and pulley along with the safety wire. Serviceman was very knowledgeable and had both springs replaced in about thirty minutes along with lubricating the rollers on the repaired door. And yes, he checked my other garage door opener and lubricated it also to improve on the tension of opening and closing the doors. Would not hesitate asking Precision Door Service for help in the future.

I wanted a more local service company, so I called Precision. The technician, Leo, showed up on time and I showed him the issues with the garage door operating poorly, loudly, and binding up. Leo had two recommendations, a new garage door or a rebuild. I chose the rebuild. Leo replaced springs, cables, rollers and pulleys and afterwards the garage door operated smoothly and quietly. Leo was professional, did the work quickly and well. I would recommend highly.
