What a fantastic experience! Precision came highly recommended by my neighbors, and I can understand why. Called to schedule and they got me in the next morning. Leo called when he was 15 minutes out, arrived exactly 15 minutes later. He took one look at my garage door and instantly knew what the problem was. He gave a very thorough explanation of what was going on, answered all of my questions including "do you mind explaining how this works" among others, and gave me great options. He made the repairs that day, got me all set up, and answered even more of my questions. He was just a really nice guy and I felt confident in the service I was getting. Thank you Leo and team! Great experience overall. I will join the chorus of neighbors who recommend this company :) I got new springs, keypad, cable, rollers.

My door was randomly opening yesterday. I called and received a same day appointment for later, but was called back and had a technician within under a hour. Which was awesome, can't put a price on peace of mind. Leo the technician was professional, polite and and answered all questions/concerns. Replace one bad remote and even lubed hinges prior to leaving. Highly recommended.

I called today to set up an appointment for a garage door repair and they said they would come out today bwt. Noon and 3 PM. What a nice surprise they were here at ll:45 AM. Leo was very patient with me in explaining what needed to be done. He finished up quickly and was very pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend Precision Doors.

Absolutely awesome company. A real, live person answers the telephone and they schedule your appointment on the spot and come to your home when promised. And, to top it all off, the work was performed and completed in record time and was done correctly! First time customer of Precision and was very impressed. They answered the phone when I called and had me on the schedule within a day or two (could have even came out same day if I wanted to pay an emergency fee). Leo was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great helping me understand my options. I also couldn't believe it when Leo called to say he was on his way and that he was going past a Wawa and asked if I wanted a coffee! Overall very satisfied, especially with how quickly they could come out and how easy it was to work with them, they seem to be very customer oriented.
