We called Precision at 1:30 in the afternoon, as the spring in my garage door had broken. We were leaving on a trip the next day, and didn't think it could be fixed in time. They were out here by 2:30 and done by 3:45. Leo did a fantastic job, explaining everything along the way. Not cheap, but well worth it. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service, and I say that very few times. My wife backed into the track and damaged it on Friday afternoon, so I could not shut my garage door. Precision was able to rearrange service tech Leo's schedule and got him over with in hours. He repaired the track, checked over the entire door. Charged a more than a fair price. Would highly recommend this business.

I am normally very hesitant to contact repair services because I usually feel ripped off at the end. I was expecting the same with Precision and dreaded the service call.
Leo was the service technician sent for the repair. He was very professional and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He finished the repair in 20 minutes and the garage door worked perfectly!
I was awaiting the dreaded invoice and was shocked at how reasonable it was! For once, I felt very happy with the wonderful service provided and the excellent price! I would highly recommend Leo and Precision Garage Door without any reservation.

I saw that you had phone service on weekends. I called on Saturday and was able to set up an appointment for Monday morning. That was very important to me. In the meantime I talked to someone who was pleased with your company, and that gave me more confidence. The technician (Leo) saw the problem immediately and explained the repair and the options, and he kindly answered all of my questions. He seemed completely competent.

I called Monday morning a little after 8 and was able to get same day service scheduled between 3-6. I received a call from the technician Leo that he would arrive about 2:40 and then a text with the ability to show the route he was driving.
Leo arrived and was very professional. He went the the various options to fix my garage door spring (cable snapped and the spring bent the bolt). He said we could try to just fix the spring, showed me the cause of why the cable snapped, and found the cable on the other spring frayed and close to breaking also.
I chose the option to replace the older 2 spring garage lifting system with a torsion spring. Leo explained all my options completely and was willing to do whatever my choice was.
I was given a very fair price, the door is so much quieter. The spring has a 7 year warranty.
I very happy with whole experience starting with the courteous person who answered my call and ending with a same day garage repair.

Our technician, Leo, showed up right on time and explained our repair/ replace options clearly and concisely. We chose to replace our garage door opener and he installed a new opener with a wall switch and keypad in less than an hour and a half. Leo then demonstrated the operation of our new system, which works very well and is quieter than the old system.
I would not hesitate to use Precision again for any service our garage door
may need in the future.

Precision was referred by a relative who had had excellent service before at his own house. The engineer put in all new accoutrements for the door, e.g., springs, machinery, door opener system, etc., which had all worn out. From the phone call to schedule an appointment to the job being completed, everyone at Precision Door Service was very professional & courteous. They were able to come out the next day, and our technician, Leo Cornelius was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He immediately identified the problem, answered all my questions and gave me all of the options so I could make the best decision (decided on a brand new opener). Once completed, he patiently went over all the new features and tested everything with me. A very positive experience. I would highly recommend Precision and would tell anybody to ask for Leo.
