Thank you for taking the time to read my bio. I'm a Aquarius. Favorite food is sushi and sea food. Turn-ons: Pina Coladas, Getting caught in the Rain. I'm not into into Yoga, and I do have half a brain. ;-)
Beyond that, and first and foremost, I'm the proud father of two boys, Vaughn and Chris. At the time of this writing, Vaughn is attending Temple and Chris is in High School.
I like being outdoors, play golf and fish. When I'm not playing golf, I'm fishing. If I'm not fishing, I'm cooking. If I'm not cooking, I'm playing golf.
I'm also a huge sports fan, Flyers, Eagles, Sixers and every other Philly team. GO PHILLY. And, I like to hang out with friends over some adult beverages.

AJ did a great job of replacing the garage door springs and went the extra mile to make sure the other garage door worked well. He greased both garage doors and made sure both went up and down smoothly. What a difference! His outgoing personality also made it fun to have him there working.
Precision does excellent communications. They went above and beyond letting me know when appointment was to giving me a reminder to when AJ was on his way.
Beth in customer assistance was also super helpful in scheduling the appointment.

Our newest driver in the house was rushing to school and was too impatient to allow the door to open all the way. It looked absolutely like a lost cause. Precision came out RIGHT Away and had the door functional for a fair price!!!
AJ was great metal bender as he stated! He provided us an estimate for a new door which most likely will be needed for long term.

I was impressed with the technician who came out to fix our garage door that wouldn't open. He was knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining the problem and things I should keep an eye on for the future. For security a photo of the technician was texted to me before he arrived which I found very reassuring. I found Precision to be friendly, honest, professional and reasonable.

Pleasantly surprised by the incredible service provided. I called at 7am for an emergency appointment and they had someone at my home at 11am. The technician AJ was professional and got the job done quickly.

Review:
The technician who did the service call was great and explained everything he did, reset the settings on my controller, and made a few wire adjustments to avoid future problems. However, the actual problem (misaligned sensors) could have been taken care of over the telephone, if the person who took my call had been more explicit in his questions and test questions. I also appreciated the quick service - I called on a Friday afternoon and was offered a Saturday morning appointment, which was inconvenient for me, so the technician came early Monday morning, right on time.
